My meal was not up to the standards that have come to expect. The waitress offered something else for me and then a manager came to the table and wanted to make things right as well. Great customer service , I felt like they really cared about my experience and wanted to get it right!!! All 3 other meals were delicious. We were all impressed with the customer service!!!
Food and service was great! We had requested a booth and even had the hostess call to confirm that our group would fit (2 adults and 3 small kids). She said we were all set with a booth. When we arrived we did not get one and were told that they couldn't do it. It's a bit harder for us without one but everything eventually worked out. Just wish they hadn't confirmed it if they couldn't do it.
My husband has multiple food allergies and sensitivities, so between that and our 4 young kiddos, we rarely venture out for a nice dinner. We had the opportunity to have a date night this evening and decided to come to Hideout 125. Our waiter, Michael, was very kind and attentive about my husband's food allergies and made several trips to the kitchen to make sure certain foods were safe for him to eat.
