I came here on a Sunday morning after hearing a friend mention it, and it was honestly a nice little spot. The place had a cozy vibe with soft music and comfy seating. I ordered an iced latte and a breakfast sandwich—both were fresh and tasted pretty good. The staff seemed friendly, even though they were a bit busy. Prices are fair for what you get. I liked that they had outlets for laptops too, so I could catch up on some work. Overall, good experience and I’d come back again.

An easy place to stop and grab a hot drink. I do enjoy going inside to order from the kiosk because I can order exactly what I desire this way without the worry. The staff inside works quickly to get orders out quickly and are very pleasant. I'd rather stop here rather than the big chains.

I’m obsessed with their Shoaff Shake! Seriously my favorite coffee dessert drink anywhere!

Good place to fuel yourself after fueling the gas for the car. Staff is friendly and coffee menu is diverse. I tried Chicago Jamaican and it was flavorful.

I am a huge fan of Higher Grounds Dark Chocolate Frape' when made right. But they are too inconsistent. Too often I get very cold chocolate milk. Yesterday's had one ice chip. Seriously! True at Coldwater and Wallen, Lima and Dupont and Dupont east of I-69. Very disappointed because when they are made right they are wonderful.
The girl who took our order was awesome (and cute). Wonderful coffee and great service.
