This Chinese food hit the spot. Did not disappoint. Loved the hot and sour soup. Kung pao chicken was delicious. Just wanted to spread the good news ?

Chicken was dry, and there was very little meat in the chicken and rice, beef and broccoli, and pork and lo mein. I was hungry and now am sad.

I have been eating here since I was a kid. The food is great, the prices are good, the portions are plenty. The Chicken Chop Suey, Hot and Sour Soup, Teriyaki Beef and Chicken (extra ginger sauce) are my favorites. They are always very friendly, the food is fresh, you are crazy to think you can get better food from your local Chinese buffet.

Not sure what this is, but cashew chicken usually has alot more cashews than this did!I will be going to Hibachi Express in New Haven for now on for my Cashew chicken, this looks like cat food!

This is my favorite Chinese takeout! Whenever I am in town this is a must! Growing up this was our favorite place to go to and 20 years later I still come any chance I get! Highly recommend crab ragoons but everything is delicious and better than what you’ll find anywhere else.

Vegetarian options: Veggie fried rice, veggie hibachi, spring rolls

I had the general tso. I like that there was more chicken then bredding…Only thing I didn’t like was they used styrofoam carry out and it melted from the food being so hot and you could taste it on the food. The beef lomein didn’t have much flavor either.

All I can really say is WOW!! ? Best Chinese/ Japanese take out in Fort Wayne. Service was great. Food tastes amazing. Highly recommend the teriyaki or hibachi chicken and make sure to ask for a side of yum yum sauce. Our whole family enjoyed this place. We got egg rolls, spring rolls, teriyaki chicken, special fried rice, chicken fried rice, and sweet and sour chicken all under $50 bucks. An enormous amount of food. The chicken was fresh and not chewy like some places. We will definitely be back :)

It’s been a few years since I’ve eaten here so since I was nearby, I wanted to give them a shot. At my favorite Chinese take out (China Express) I get my usual potstickers as lunch which are generous and more than filling. I wanted to try theirs and on their online ordering it states they are fried potstickers (usually meaning pan fried and steamed) so I ordered them at Hopsings. I also ordered a side of fried rice. The lady handed me my bag and I was shocked at how small it was. When I got home I couldn’t believe how disappointing this $8+ order was. The dumplings were totally deep fried and all of them fit in the palm of my hand. The rice was flavorless. At most Chinese places you can get an entire meal for lunch for that price that includes an entree, rice, soup, and egg roll. Complete rip off and I am still hungry.

Unfortunately but fortunately, their all business & no play or small talk. Great food & they concentrate more on the quality of their food & I appreciate that more than them buttering up the customer & serving so,so food!!

Parking: No need to park; Hopsing’s is a drive up & order or call on order & drive up to Pk up, never have to park or leave your warm car, especially when it’s cold
