Plenty of options and variety of drinks and treats. They had many menúes and signs which were a little confusing, but the employees were very patient and helpful. It was nice and quiet inside, and very clean. We got the mango passion fruit tea with mango jelly, and strawberry tea with strawberry boba. It's too sweet but sweet enough to satisfy a sweet tooth. Planning on coming back to try our their coffee and milk tea options.

Honestly, this is the best Boba place because they have bigger cups than any other Boba place nearby, BUT for the same price. There's a bunch of add ons, which, are about 1 dollar, so be careful with that. They have the biggest variety of Boba flavors and add ons in the area. The drinks also taste the best and the staff are friendly. I'm pretty sure this is a small family business, but not 100%.

But the real showstopper, in my opinion, are their waffles. They are consistently fresh, warm, and have that ideal crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside texture. The cutest little spot and fabulous! Their teas are so creative- out of this world. The mango sticky rice is my favorite, I’m developing a problem. It’s too close to my house 🤣. Highly recommend! Try the waffles, try the brûlée teas!

Just stopped in and the drinks are awesome! Had a brown sugar milk tea with Boba and creme brule topper and my hubby a coffee latte with creme brule topper. Both drinks well deserve 5 stars! And the lady and son who runs this were both very sweet so we will be back again and again whenever we are up here! Highly recommend 👍
