I ordered a $10.00 build your own burrito, but since I got 'southwest ranch' they guy charged me the southwest ranch burrito. It was only 25¢ more, but since I had a 50% off I didn't make a deal out of it. The guy also asked if I was preggo today. Also, the guy didn't know if the rice was vegetarian or not.

Ordered for delivery because it was a place recommended and I was sick and couldn't make it out personally.
I wasn't impressed or too happy with my smothered burrito. The Burrito wasn't even warm as the cheese inside wasnt even melted. There was more rice than anything else; which mind you seemed uncooked. I ordered fajita veggies and I don't think I got them? All I had were uncooked red onions and some tomato. I ordered cilantro and found just a TINY bit at the bottom.
Skip this place. There are better burrito places out there.

The food at Hot Head has always been top notch. The explanation of which ingredients are upcharges leaves room for improvement.
Love this place. Wish I would have taken the time to learn the name of the gentleman that helped us. He appears to be the one in charge. Every time we go, he is kind, respectful, and helpful. Suggests toppings and sauces to try. Clean place and fantastic atmosphere.

Had high hopes for this place, so I tried it tonight by placing a pickup order. I (hopefully) had to have come on an off-day because it was absolutely terrible! The food was cold, didn’t have a lot of flavor, and was wrapped terribly in the burrito. The worst part, though, was the chicken. I got a burrito with both chicken & bacon, and I nearly got the chicken confused with the bacon because it was so hard, chewy, and didn’t even really have a chicken flavor. I seriously did have high hopes for this, but all that is left is disappointment & $30 less in my bank account.
