Wrong toppings on both my pizzas. Asked for black olives got green and then on my cheese and ham one had a bunch of random vegetables. Bad first impression.

I order 8 large specialty pizzas 2 bread sticks and one 10 piece wings for my nieces birthday part.serivce was good and the price was even better but the food wasn't that great taste was basic .I won't be buying again ..🤷🏻‍♀️

Used to love them, now the only thing youll get served is a poorly made pizza and an extra helping of an attitude from the area manager if you have any problems, mine was simple i wanted cheese on 100% of my pizza and the sause to be even, theyre excuse was thats the right amount of cheese( they could have spread it evenly) and that theyre auto sauser despences it ( you could pick up a ladle and spread it evenly) but i guess quality is something they dont care about anymore. I even had it remade and got the same exact problem on my pizza. What a waste for 50 bucks, not to mention their doordash driver either wasnt given a bag or didnt have one when leaving the store.

Tried again on 7-23. Same problems just worse managment. Apparently they're not responsible for the loss of an item not picked up by the delivery driver or door dash. Kills me the only thing they cant mess up they cant deliver

I'm from New England and moved here nine years ago. Their hot subs are the closest thing I could find to a steak bomb or calzone. I even think that they are better than a few sub shops back home. One sub is enough for two meals too. I'd give them a five-star rating.

Can you explain this to me? I ordered Italian subs and this is what was given to me. That’s after waiting nearly an hour and I still haven’t been refunded because nobody knew how!

We ordered off the app and they had it ready exactly at the time we scheduled our pickup. Both staff members were very happy and polite despite working hard. The pizza was great! The only downsides are a small and awkward parking lot and a small standing area. Overall, I'm very happy I don't have to give up on the best pizza chain that's still in business!

Ordered a pizza from hungry howies - was not told that I couldn’t pay for an order with larger bill. My total was 24$ and after I was going to tip, it was 30$. I gave them a 100$ bill and instead of finding a way to have the change broken or offering a different way to pay, the driver drove off with my pizza and didn’t deliver it. The driver also spoke quite literally no English. I have no problem with people who speak little English, but to not even be able to tell me my bill was too large? Or the currency was too much is a little wild.

When I called the store they had no manager on duty, so the person who was there called the store manager and they told me I had to tell them that I was going to pay with a 100$? Why wouldn’t they inform me that the drivers don’t take bills above a 20$ or 50$?
No compensation was offered and now me and 3 people are left waiting for 45 minutes only to not have our food delivered? 0 accountability was taken on the stores side which is unbelievable. Had I been informed the 100$ bill would be too high, I would’ve ran to grab change prior to the drop off or not ordered the pizza in the first place.

They need to get it together. In a fellow business owner in town and I never leave reviews. But to not even offer a minor form of compensation? Unbelievable. And for them to put it on me, by saying, “other places, don’t take 100$ bills” is insane. I ordered from this location before and paid with a 100$ bill and I order delivery often, usually always paying with a 100$ bill. Occasionally I have 3 20s, but it’s not often.

The worst part is, they say it’s delivered through door dash, but I ordered through them. Not door dash. So I can’t even rate my driver.
Over all terrible delivery experience and very frustrating that the store manager had no accountability or ability to resolve the problem. Poor business ethic.

We ordered through door dash this was our 2nd time ordering with them (door dash ) not the issue, Hungry howies was the problem, We got a pizza and an oven sub. 1st order was great 2nd time the oven sub steak n mushroom was Wow had maybe 5/6 pieces of the steak NO MUSHROOM and very little cheese only thing I didn’t want on it was lettuce or tomatoes. I called n talk to a manager he said he was sorry that he could credit my account or remake it and I told him I want it remade and redelivered on them I was told it would be 45 mins. When I finally got it, it was so soggy I threw it away. No MORE!!!
