That's ridiculous. The store manager or whoever was running the shift took my pizza out of the oven, cut it, and handed it to me looking like this?!?! This is how you train your employees??!?! I'll be posting this in the Ft Wayne pizza group. Half my pizza is messed up and an employee knowingly handed me this pile of garbage.

doordashed a pizza and two drinks. they gave my order to the wrong dasher so it took longer than expected and then they forgot to give my driver my drinks. :(

We had delivery the first two times. They use a third-party service and one night they could not find anyone to deliver our order. The manager personally called us and explained what was happening. She refunded our money and gave us a code for free cheesy bread. They are a wonderful staff and the pizza is amazing. You can yell they use real mozzarella.

Wrong toppings on both my pizzas. Asked for black olives got green and then on my cheese and ham one had a bunch of random vegetables. Bad first impression.

I order 8 large specialty pizzas 2 bread sticks and one 10 piece wings for my nieces birthday part.serivce was good and the price was even better but the food wasn't that great taste was basic .I won't be buying again ..🤷🏻♀️

Used to love them, now the only thing youll get served is a poorly made pizza and an extra helping of an attitude from the area manager if you have any problems, mine was simple i wanted cheese on 100% of my pizza and the sause to be even, theyre excuse was thats the right amount of cheese( they could have spread it evenly) and that theyre auto sauser despences it ( you could pick up a ladle and spread it evenly) but i guess quality is something they dont care about anymore. I even had it remade and got the same exact problem on my pizza. What a waste for 50 bucks, not to mention their doordash driver either wasnt given a bag or didnt have one when leaving the store.
Tried again on 7-23. Same problems just worse managment. Apparently they're not responsible for the loss of an item not picked up by the delivery driver or door dash. Kills me the only thing they cant mess up they cant deliver

I'm from New England and moved here nine years ago. Their hot subs are the closest thing I could find to a steak bomb or calzone. I even think that they are better than a few sub shops back home. One sub is enough for two meals too. I'd give them a five-star rating.
