Ordered through Uber eats , within seconds of ordering realized I forgot to add pepperoni so my pizza was going to be plain. I followed directions on Uber eats support and they told me to call and the restaurant is able to add the topping and charge through their side of it. I call a minute after placing and the guy on the phone pretty much said no , since I already placed it he can’t do anything. Which is ridiculous because he wouldn’t have even started to make it yet, I offered to pay all that. Uber wouldn’t let me edit on their end of it because the restaurant had already accepted my order. Bunch of nonsense over one topping. Never ordering here again, probably the stupidest inconvience ever.

I know they were very busy, but my food was put in their warmer, they were going to have Doordarsh bring it to us, but 30 mins later it was still at the store.. I told them I was coming to pick it up myself. When I brought it home (it took me 5 mins) it was cold and part not even cut apart.. very unhappy with our food!

Called to place a delivery order... we are literally less than 3 miles away.. unfortunately they don't deliver this far??? Just lost a good paying customer all over 2 blocks .. what pizza company only delivers within a 2 mile radius?

I'm not trying to tear you guys down or anything but my debit card information was stolen from someone the same day I ordered the pizza. The theft was after I received the pizza and there were no more transactions that I made aside from earlier that day, before I ordered the pizza. So, I'm almost certain that a member of staff stole my information and used that money to buy a dog tracker microchip. I'd feel much happier if the manager(s) looked into who owns a dog or not. This far more important than if the pizza was good or bad.
Such great tasting pizza with even more amazing crust. Really enjoyed the stuffed crust with the garlic herb spice for the crust.

I ordered a gluten-free pizza but received a pizza that was not gluten-free. I called the store and they said that they would remake it. My husband went back out to get it and it still wasn't made with gluten-free crust. I called the store and the manager there said that he made that pizza himself and that it was gluten-free. The picture clearly shows it is not gluten free. I couldn't eat the pizza. I tried messaging the company but haven't heard anything from them. This place has fallen downhill. NOT SATISFIED.
