Very delicious and authentic, definitely recommend
Stopped by Ichiddo Ramen on a Saturday afternoon around 3:00 PM. The place was nearly empty, with just one other patron dining, which made for a quiet and relaxed experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly and professional—attentive without being overbearing.
I ordered the Char Siu Ramen, which came with roasted pork belly, fish cake, a half-cooked egg, bamboo shoots, black fungus, green onions, and black garlic oil in a soy sauce base. I also added an extra half egg and extra noodles because, let’s be honest, having leftover broth without extra noodles to soak it up feels like a missed opportunity. The ramen itself was flavorful, well-balanced, and on par with some of the best I’ve had—though, to be fair, I haven’t traveled far and wide in search of ramen. Still, everything was cooked just right, and the flavors came together beautifully.
For an appetizer, I went with the Gyoza, which had a nice pan-fried crisp on the outside and a flavorful pork-and-veggie filling. The house special sauce paired well, adding just the right amount of tang and depth.
Pricing-wise, the extra add-ons might feel a little steep for what you get, but I’d still do it again—so take that for what it’s worth.
The atmosphere is modern and sleek, though I won’t pretend to be an interior design expert. The soft jazz playing in the background may not be the most traditional choice for a ramen shop, but it worked just fine for me. If I were eating at home, I wouldn’t tailor my playlist to my meal, so I can’t fault them for doing the same.
Overall, Ichiddo Ramen delivered a great meal with solid service and a laid-back vibe. Worth a visit if you’re craving a well-executed bowl of ramen.

The foods are good especially crab Rangoon and spicy miso and they have deep fried ice cream. I ordered it because I never had one and it turn out to be pretty tasty. Overall it’s good and delicious.

Amazing food and service, I would come back again with my friends. We each ordered spicy miso ramen and shared charsiu buns. The waitresses were super nice as well!

The appetizers we amazing and beautifully put together, but both the Sea Food Ramen and Sea Food Stir fry left much to be desired. What little amount of sea food actually contained in each dish was beyond over cooked.
Everything tasted great, but I became very ill about a half hour after leaving and have now missed 2 days of work due to that illness. Hopefully, I will be better by tomorrow.

Solid Ramen outside the West Coast. Bao buns were not done well, Calamari was overcooked and rubber band in consistency, but as a whole, good flavor.

**Ichiddo Ramen - Where Every Slurp Tells a Story! 🌟**
If you've ever pondered the existential question, "How much ramen is too much ramen?" then you've clearly never been to Ichiddo Ramen. Nestled in the heart of flavor town, this place isn't just a ramen shop—it's a noodle nirvana.
Upon entering, I was greeted by an aroma so divine I half-expected to see angels with chopsticks. The ambiance? Imagine if your favorite cozy sweater was a restaurant: warm, comforting, and oddly reminiscent of every good decision you've ever made.
I ordered the signature bowl, and let me tell you, if I had a dollar for every delicious noodle in that bowl, I'd be ramen rich! The broth? A symphony of umami that made my taste buds sing like a choir on a sugar rush. Each slurp was like a hug from a long-lost friend—comforting, nostalgic, and a little messy (but in a good way).
The toppings? Oh, the toppings! The chashu pork was so tender it made butter seem tough. The eggs were perfectly cooked, with yolks that were the golden epitome of Instagram-worthy. And the veggies? They added a crisp, refreshing counterpoint to the rich broth—a little like a culinary duet that hits all the right notes.
Ichiddo Ramen, you've ruined me for any other ramen. My noodle expectations are forever set at an impossibly high bar. The only downside? I'm now convinced I could eat ramen for every meal. Is there a Ramen Anonymous group for that?
So, if you're in the mood for a bowl of happiness that will make your soul do the cha-cha, head over to Ichiddo Ramen. Your taste buds will thank you, even if your jeans might get a bit snug. 🍜

The ramen was surprisingly bland. Service was fast. Some of the food/elements of the dish were cold. Probably won't be back.

Ordered the spicy miso ramen and everything was fantastic. The pork and egg were savory and delicious. The noodles were nice and dense like they should be. Plus there was a generous amount of green onions just the way I like and the amount of spice was just perfect.
This is the best ramen I've had since I visited Tokyo this summer.
