It was ok not quite what I was looking for. The noodles were to cook for me. I like the yellow noodles they didn’t have them.

Staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. It became our favorite Ramen place in Fort Wayne. We can't wait to go back again. It was very clean and bright, seating was comfortable.

The ramen is good compared to other ramens in Fort Wayne, but the server could be more hospitable

Waitress was not very attentive to our needs. Didn't receive any refills on drinks. Appetizer Short Ribs were uneatable. There have to be better ramen restaurants in Fort Wayne. Don't waste your money.

The food was absolutely delicious! The takoyaki and beef ramen were perfect in my opinion. The music and general atmosphere was pleasant. Service at the time of this review was great and I really have absolutely nothing negative to say about the whole experience.

Service is horrible. Food is tasty and inexpensive. But the young waitress is slow, inattentive, doesn’t refill drinks or know anything about the menu, she needs a lot of training

This place was amazing 👏 I found them on Instagram from someone's post and we fell in love with the food and drinks. We will definitely be back.

There are a lot of liberties taken with the majority of the items on this menu. Is it good? Yes, the food is good. But if you are looking for authentic this definitely has some American influences.
The place is really quiet and the lights don’t match the rest of the atheistic.
It’s a decent, expensive, and long wait meal. Which is simply not how Ramen is meant to be!

Amazing food and great service. The noodles were flavorful, the porkbelly was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the broth was savory and delicious. Definitely will eat there again

I visited here for the first time on a certain day in September.
It was lunchtime.
I ordered a Gyoza for appetizer and a Char Siu Ramen.
The taste of Char Siu Ramen was good but a little warm for me.
The inside of the restaurant was clean and the staffs were kind.
I'll come again if I'm nearby

It was our second time trying out Ichiddo but probably the last time. Both times we just could not finish the broth as it became sickly sweet. Portion sizes of the ramen are small compared to the price point and barely any toppings. Also the char su appetizer was way smaller than advertised in the menu.

We had the char siu for an appetizer, was disappointed when the 3 slices we received were tiny, easily half the size of those pictures in the menu.
I had the spicy miso ramen, flavor was ok, but the egg was nearly ice cold, the meat was again tiny, and the portions over all felt much smaller than any other ramen bowl I've had.

We got the gyoza, agedashi tofu, char-sui ramen, and a pork bun. Everything exceeded expectations. It was delicious and we will definitely be back! I wish they would add zucchini to the toppings but other than that no complaints!
