I don’t understand why IHOP has curbside pickup when it doesn’t work. The app didn’t let me say I was here. The phone number on the sign doesn’t have prompt when it answers. I had to walk in with a blood clot in my leg, a massive clot in both lungs and a knee injury. Someone was going to get a $5 tip for bringing my $7.00 order out to me but it never happened. And it made me late for work.

Took 2 hours to get my Medium rare sirloin tips , Sunnyside up eggs and hash browns. Had to send the first plate back , steak was overcooked. Second plate steak was still cooked wrong and my eggs were brown on the bottom for over easy eggs. I won't go back. Nasty. The waitress said sorry it's taking so long we only have 1 cook. That is the dumbest excuse I ever heard. You need a good cook, not the one you have now. We got there at 4:30 and got our food 7. Shame on you

We’ve been here before and had an amazing time. The waitress this afternoon was absolutely not made to be a waitress. Was mad because we asked for a spoon to stir our coffee. When we asked about ice cream for our 2 year olds birthday. She reluctantly brought it saying “you guys can just sing to him, I’m not a good singer and I’m not asking the other girls to sing” I asked for a 2nd pot of coffee. She completely ignored this and it was never brought.

There was one server covering the whole restaurant. It was a busy night. My food was cold. It was just too much for one server worst night of the year to have one server.
Their bacon cheeseburgers are excellent. Service is a little slow but very personable.

Tonight we had Ashley D ! She was a FIRE waitress and made us super comfortable! Our cups never went dry and she had a beautiful warm smile! We got donut wholes for dessert and she made it gorgeous!! 10/10 .
Tips to the chef! The food was delicious, 15/10! Exactly hit my breakfast craving.
