I ordered food online at 5 a.m.. The app said it'd be ready by 5:26. I get there and my food isn't ready. I'm not greeted for 20 minutes while standing or sitting at the front. I finally got my food 5 minutes till 6. If you want IHOP, this is by far the worst one in Fort Wayne in terms of service

I use to get the strawberry crepes that had filling in them. Well the picture in menu was the cinnamon something but I wanted strawberry and the waitress ask me but I didn't want cinnamon I wanted strawberry. I was disappointed and the waitress did bring a little cup of filling. The crepes were really tough and a bit greasy. I will not order it again. The only syrup on the table was maple.

I've been coming to this location for years. I've always loved the food, but tonight I had without a doubt the best server I've ever had at any IHOP. If you go to this location ask for Richesse! There isn't anyone there as friendly or customer forced as she is. Keep up the GREAT work Richesse!!
