I went to Jack's on W. Jefferson at 8:00 this morning for the first time and was very happy to see such a plentiful selection and variety of donuts. You can feel the freshness of their donuts in your hand ~ not dry in any way. The shop smells fabulous. Their filled donuts were nicely stuffed. We especially loved the key lime! Fantastic. The staff is friendly and the shop is clean, organized, and pleasant. There's seating, also. I highly recommend Jack's Donut...
Ellis was so kind and took our photo for us. Ellis showed kindness & professionalism as well as knowledge around items on the menu. We are from Ohio and this was our first Jacks experience. The food and service was on point! So glad we stopped by. Thank you !
We pick up 5-10 boxes at a time for our pools swim team Fun Fridays and concessions for morning meets. Can’t beat the freshness, selection and quality. The staff couldn’t be more professional and courteous! Thanks Jack’s!
