I have been going here for over 20 years and my last visit is the only time I have had a bad experience here. The woman working this night had a bad attitude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience so we did not order and left. Upper management needs to check their staff on the the attitudes they display to the customers. This is not their business to ruin.

Went in at 7:55 pm and right off the bat got dirty looks and sighs of disgust from a woman with a hairlip. Under her breath she said...it's a little late. Looking like she hated me more than her job ao we left before it turned into confrontation. From my experience as a manager you never do that to paying customers and you close at 8 and serve the customers until 8 not close early so you can get out when you want. I do like this restaurant and would like to go back but will not stay if this woman is working. She never even asked what we needed and was not concerned. Sounds like this woman needs a job where she is the boss and can ruin her own business instead of someone else's.

I have stage 4 cancer and the nausea has been terrible even with medication. All I wanted was an order of extra large tator tots. It was as though the girls gave me bad service intentionally everyone was served before me even those who came in and placed their orders after me. I had to step out for air just to keep from vomiting I was forced to wait so long for 2 dogs and a large tot. When my order was FINALLY ready. They had only prepared a small order of tots. After 20+ minute wait they still got my order wrong. For someone who is struggling with their appetite I just could not have been more disappointed in their service. I’ll never be back!

Tracey was awesome even though my kids weren't but she was amazing Slaw dogs are amazing. I don't know how they make their slaw but it's the only slaw I'll eat.

Asked for no onions repeatedly, after I drove 20 minutes home, I saw that there was a ton of onions all over my hot dogs. All called back and they refused to refund me anything.

Ordered the 3 coney special. Never got the fries! Learned never go at noon on discount coney dog day. They desperately need competent help.
Horrible experience!!! I don't know where to begin with the service or the food. Both were horrible. 3 people working but only one took any orders at both carry out and dine in while the other 2 stood at the grill waiting for orders to come in. They waited a long time as well as customers since only one waitress. They could have jumped in and helped until they got an order especially on a Wednesday special price day!!! Carry out got served before us even tho we had been sitting there. Hot dogs have been on that grilll since lunch. Skins were so tough couldn't even bite into them. Shriveled up Rubber hot dogs. Ordered tater tots we were completely done with the disgusting hot dogs and he was just dropping some in the fryer. I told him just forget it and give me the bill. Right as I was telling them he told the other employee take these tots to table 8 we were sitting at table 13 so they weren't for us anyway. Table 8 came in way after us. I am actually worried I even ate the hot dogs now. I wish now I wouldn't have. Definitely shouldn't have paid for the garbage. Then the bill comes. Sales tax, food and beverage tax, and then a check out fee??? WHAT??? WE WILL NEVER BE BACK AND I WISH I WOULDN'T HAVE PAID FOR SUCH GARBAGE!!!

It's aight. But I'll be honest, it's not great. Last time I asked for extra mustard, I think they thought I said "no mustard."No biggie, whatever, I won't even mention mustard next time, I'll just order as-is (mustard and onion).Next time I ordered to-go, I didn't do any special instructions, and still didn't get any mustard ? silly, imo. Plus, the chili tasted like it was old. Like, reheated from last week kinda old.

This place has old school coney stand vibes. I popped in for a quick meal, sat at the bar, and was promptly greeted by the staff. I ordered 2 coneys and onion rings. They cook the food right in front of you and the gentleman was wearing gloves as he prepared the food. The staff pleasant and took good care of me. I will absolutely come back for more.
