I had the owner come in and tell me how to do my job. I work at Arby’s and have gone to Jeff’s coney so it’s nice to know that that’s the kind of boss he is and I hope he treats his employees better than he treats other staff workers. Super disrespectful and thought I’d touch food and harm someone after handling cleaning products. Not sure if he’s sexist or if it’s because of my skin color but he was rude and then talked to customers about it after I had told him I was going to clean my store and wasn’t handling food.

This place is a gem. Food is consistently satisfying. Who doesn't love a traditional coney? The folks who own and run the place are always good conversation and good entertainment. This is a weekly lunch spot for me because of the combination of food quality and service.

Since the new owner took over several years ago. He is running the place into the ground. The new owner charges outrageous prices for onion rings and French fries for much smaller portions. A large order of onion rings now resembles a small order of onion rings. In addition, he automatically applies a 4% cashier fee to your receipt. Greedy!

The coneys are the only thing I'd get, and that's about it. Everything else is either microwaved or thrown in dirty old oil. The place is dirty, REALLY DIRTY and literally falling apart. The service is quick, but one of the employees made a rude joke to me, and then he kept repeating it over and over... and over... the whole joint is a circus, and you're better off spending less at somewhere better.

Jeff’s Coney is a wonderful family oriented environment. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. The food is fantastic and the customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced. I highly recommend coming and trying the food.

This place is a joke. Customer service was poor, most of the staff were rude. The staff needs to watch their mouths to make sure customers can't hear what they are saying before talking badly about new staff, let alone what they say about the people who help them get a paycheck. I will never go back after such horrible service

First time there...... and the place needs Dept of Health to come in for a look-see. The 3 old ladies serving never did wash their hands....did not even see a place for them to wash. Of course, no hair nets anywhere. One of the hag's had a smoker's hack which was shared to all. The bathroom - do not get me started. The corners in there had (??) stuff that looked like it was from the 70's. The deep fryer is in the middle - so we all left smelling like old grease. Will not never ever ever go back - gross !

Nice little hole in the wall place! Several tables available or sit at the "bar"... We tried the fried cheese curds and fried pickles and those were perfect portions for 3 adults to share as an appetizer. I had the Tenderloin sandwich and that was great. So tender and crispy. With a medium order of chili cheese fries and that was a very generous amount of food. Glad we stopped.Vegetarian options: French fries, cheese fries, mozzarella sticks, cheese curds, fried green beans, fried mushrooms, etc
