Been here twice and the first time they missed half of my order and the second time they lost my order taking an extra 45 minutes out of my day

These are the best subs you can get in town by far. Abby and the crew did a great job tonight, not often you get fast service restaurant emoloyees asking how your week has been going and have a casual conversation with you. Keep it up!

Dude working said we need a wall of shame when I said regular for the bread. Like, bro. You've been making sarcastic jokes since I came in. Just like putting the fries in the bag, just make the sub. You're not a comedian Dude.
Edit: It didn't sound like, funny. I think its hiding his insecurities and also, depression.

This is the second time I have ordered online well in advance and my food wasn't ready. I gave plenty of time for it to be ready but still they guy was just talking and not doing his job. Now I have to go back to work without a lunch, thanks

i tried to place a call in order and the lady answered the phone and told me to “stop calling them” and then hung up immediately. i thought this was very rude and i will not be calling back to this location. 0 customer service skills. 1 star.
