The employees audibly groaned and sighed when I ordered my food - I don't think I've ever seen a group of more unenthused people working together. The food's fine, but the service is the worst experience I remember in recent experience.

I usually love a Jersey Mike's but I just did not appreciate this location. There were five people standing around. Somehow they tried to take my order and then the five people after me and do all of ours at the same time. While three people just stood around staring. They managed to get my order wrong and And then I didn't ask for extra peppers or vinegar. But the guy who's just standing there says man. That's a lot of red peppers. You must really like it. And I said no. I didn't ask for extra but nobody corrected the dude who put them on there. Don't know. My gut said I should have just left and not paid for it because it was terrible. But seriously, what in the heck is going on with this location? Get it together friends. If you can only handle one order at a time without messing it up one order at a time. And if you see your peers doing something strange because they need to be trained then train them don't make me the victim of bad training. Overstaffed for the lack of incompetence. I'm sure the owners would like to know that

Disappointing; especially when compared to the competition. The sandwich was ok, but not special in any respect. The service at the counter was not good at all. We felt ignored. honestly. And when they did take our order, it was slow and wrong. Will not go back, I'm sorry to say. The Jersey Mike's in Houston was as good as this one was disappointing.

Jersey Mike's is definitely one of the better sandwich chains. They just tend to take a bit longer. I was asked approximately 6 what I had ordered before they started making it. But the sandwich was good and the store was clean. I usually get the chipotle chicken, sometimes in a bowl.

Was able to try this place out due to having a free sub coupon for my birthday. I got a gluten free sub and purchased through mobile ordering. My sub was being prepared when I got there which was awesome! The employees take VERY VERY extremely good care when it came to the gluten free experience and I didn't get sick after consuming the sub which is awesome! I found a new restaurant! It was good as well! A++++++

I understand the guy at checkout is new but he should've had more support. The 3 gentlemen on staff during lunch rush were STRUGGLING.

1) the guy preparing the sandwiches needed to look at the bottles to determine what was vinegar and what was oil and had to ask each customer what sandwich they had ordered. He doesn't know his own menu

2) he was cashing people out with the same gloves he was preparing sandwiches with, potentially contaminating food.

3) I went in on a Monday so I could get double points, not once was I given a chance to put points in nor was I given a receipt.

4) no "any chips or drinks" was offered. I fully intended to buy chips and a bottle of soda but I guess I'll just go to speedway.

I hate to be a bit of a "Karen" but I used to love this place. I don't think I'll be back for a few months at least.

Ordered online tonight. First time trying this location. I had the only take out in the place. There were no other customers in the store. And they still managed to get my order wrong. Not returning and will warn others to stay away from this location
