Jersey Mike's Subs

I normally don’t write reviews, and I normally have a great experience here but today was the day. It was obvious the store was very busy and the staff were doing their best. The man at the cash register greeting people and taking care of the transactions is always very polite and cordial, good attitude but today he made a mistake as people do, no one’s perfect. The female manager on duty ripped into this young man very publicly and very unprofessionally. There’s not a chance in hell I would work for this woman; there’s a way to coach your team that is helpful and productive but belittling and chastising an employee who gives a great customer experience over one mistake on one sandwich is unacceptable behavior.

Great Sandwiches

Came here for the first time on a last minute lunch date, split a #26 chicken bacon ranch. And it was absolutely amazing! Right amount of everything, every single bite I took I couldn't wait for the next one!! But I do believe they forgot the lettuce haha! Service was super quick and very sweet though. Definitely coming back! Super sweet with outdoor seating as well

Traeon (Forgive me if I butchered your name) and Kyle did an excellent job of making sure my first time here was memorable hahaha! I appreciate the thoroughness of Traeon and Kyle’s communication. Keep it up!

The employees audibly groaned and sighed when I ordered my food - I don't think I've ever seen a group of more unenthused people working together. The food's fine, but the service is the worst experience I remember in recent experience.

I usually love a Jersey Mike's but I just did not appreciate this location. There were five people standing around. Somehow they tried to take my order and then the five people after me and do all of ours at the same time. While three people just stood around staring. They managed to get my order wrong and And then I didn't ask for extra peppers or vinegar. But the guy who's just standing there says man. That's a lot of red peppers. You must really like it. And I said no. I didn't ask for extra but nobody corrected the dude who put them on there. Don't know. My gut said I should have just left and not paid for it because it was terrible. But seriously, what in the heck is going on with this location? Get it together friends. If you can only handle one order at a time without messing it up one order at a time. And if you see your peers doing something strange because they need to be trained then train them don't make me the victim of bad training. Overstaffed for the lack of incompetence. I'm sure the owners would like to know that

Disappointing; especially when compared to the competition. The sandwich was ok, but not special in any respect. The service at the counter was not good at all. We felt ignored. honestly. And when they did take our order, it was slow and wrong. Will not go back, I'm sorry to say. The Jersey Mike's in Houston was as good as this one was disappointing.

Jersey Mike's is definitely one of the better sandwich chains. They just tend to take a bit longer. I was asked approximately 6 what I had ordered before they started making it. But the sandwich was good and the store was clean. I usually get the chipotle chicken, sometimes in a bowl.
