This review has nothing to do with the employees working this location. Whoever runs the store needs to hire/schedule more people to work.Friday (April 14) placed an order on the app at 11:15 and received a 15 min pick up time. Waited in the store an additional 20 mins to receive my food.There were 10 people in line waiting to order and one person waiting on his food. With two employees behind the counter working, on a Friday and lunch time.The biggest problem seems to be the catering orders. There needs to be a better system to handle the large catering orders, versus having them clog up the flow of guests in the restaurant.

My new favorite sub shop! Freshly sliced meats and cheeses. Friendly and efficient staff which keeps even long lunch lines moving. The Day of Giving 2024 was a huge success - this is a company that gives back to the community. Let's hope for more locations in Fort Wayne.

After waiting in line for almost 20 minutes, I ordered sandbitch.Ask the lady if she could warm up the meat on the grill, as other restaurants in Chain have done including including the one on lima. Said the only way she would do it is if she burnt the meat. If they do it for me, they have to do it for everyone. Truly disappointed, won't be back!

Terrible I came in 12 minutes before they closed and the lady started making my sandwhich and another worker came in and told her she couldn’t make the sandwhich because they “turned off the grill” which I don’t believe because every last one of them was out back smoking and the open sign was still on why would you cut your grill off before closing time anyways very unprofessional don’t recommend

I have had the same coupon for 6 years for a free drink and chip that they would scan and give back to me I have used it at countless times in 5 different states this is my second time here and they just took it and wouldn't give it back I originally received the card for them messing up back to back orders I guess it's goodbye card and goodbye jersey Mike's for me dawg

I love Jersey Mike’s. It is hands down my favorite sub shop above all the rest. The problem is that this location is the only one close to me. This location is absolute garbage. Now I can only eat Jersey Mike’s when traveling as I refuse to go back to this location after constant disappointment.

The location on Lima is getting worse by the minute. Poorly managed, I've been there multiple times when they've run out of bread. Now they're getting stingy with the meat, I won't be back.
