This location is terrible. I love their food but it’s not worth going into this location. Everyone is rude and has no idea what’s going on. They say they “discontinue” items that are on the menu above their heads and other locations have. They only have about half the chip options out and when you request a bag from the back, they don’t check, they just say they are out. I get the same thing every time I go and it’s always a different total. The last two times I visited this location, they tried to ring me up for someone else’s meal and I had to correct them. It’s a complete mess. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

You guys are going down hill fast! Saturday 8/7/25. Staff is so slow. Sandwich guy is slamming bread and utensils of the counter. People in the lobby have been waiting up to 40 minutes for a sndwich. I otdered online with a pickup time wasnt even close. Do better J.M.!

Messed up my order. Remade the one sub. My sub they kept warm. It was hard bread and insides was cold. They should of redone mine too. I was there 45 minutes waiting for food. If paying over $40 food should be as if I had gas station food.

I have never had Jersey Mikes before but today I decided to have it door dashed at work today for lunch. And it was the BEST tasting club sandwich I have ever had in my life…. IN MY LIFE! I am so in love. It’s only been a few hours but I can’t stop thinking about it.
