They dock their employees pay 5-15 hours per check hoping they won't actually look at their paystubs since they are mostly teenagers. They did it to my daughter 5 times. The managers were aware and kept doing it.

I came in for my usual sandwich, but they were out of lettuce. How the heck does a cold sub shop run out of lettuce. I only found out that they were out of lettuce after they had already made my sub and I felt pressured into buying a sub that I now have to go to the grocery store to freaking finish. I spent $18 on a sub that I have to go spend more money on to actually enjoy. I'll never go back to this location and I recommend that everybody else stays away because they will randomly go out of stock on the weirdest things. I should have just gone to Burger King, I would have been happier.

Have been waiting 45 minutes for my takeout order. They process in store customers before they process online. So if you arrive when it’s busy (or anyone is in the store) don’t do an online order!! Poor organization!!

SUBS ARE BETTER THAN OTHER COMPETITORS AND THEY HAVE A NICE REWARDS PROGRAM. SOMETIMES CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN BE SLOW FOR PICKING UP ONLINE AND MOBILE ORDERS.

I cannot remmeber the man's name that took our order but he was mad at the world or just at the customer's I am not sure which. We ordered one sub and he begrudgingly took the order for it. Then I asked what kind of breads he had for the subs and he seemingly hated that question and proceeded to be very rude and unhappy. I informed him I didn't want anything more from them then. There were 2 other employees there at the time and they were fine.
