Google says the store is open until 6 pm. I went by on Sunday February 2nd at 4:50pm chairs were all up on the tables and the doors were locked. A young man was inside doing alot of nothing. I went around the corner to the Chinese place.

I order from here because it's a nice convenience to have being downtown when I can't step away from the office but I've been waiting an hour and 45 minutes for my food to be delivered and this isn't the first time this has happened. Freaky Fast is a lie. Severely disappointed and I won't be ordering again for a long while.

Total rip off! I order the new bourbon club roastbeef sandwich. It has 1 little slice of roast beef & 2 "pieces" of bacon! FOR $12 !!!

I have never done any kind of review before this but if there’s ever a time to write a good review it’s today. I came in and ordered food my girlfriend and myself sat down and began unraveling our sandwiches. I accidentally rolled mine too fast and it fell on the seat. Immediately I was pretty upset but before I even got up to pick it all up Alex was there and asked if they could remake one for me. I was not expecting that at all and it immediately changed my experience. We need more people like Alex in this world. Thanks again

I usually just order take out. The majority of the time my food is ready when I arrive. I usually get the vegetarian sandwich on their sliced wheat bread. It's absolutely delicious (sandwich - avocado spread, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo and wheat bread is so soft!). Brownies are soooo good! My kids their cookies.
Parking: Sometimes it is hard to find nearby street parking. It is all paid street parking unless it's after 5/530 pm or the weekend. Parking is free at those times. You can park in front of the store if you're just picking up your order. There are two 15 minute paid parking spaces. Most of the time they're available.
Kid-friendliness: Atmosphere is relaxed and kid friendly.

How is there hardly ever delivery drivers??? I am so sick of ordering, from a place with "Freaky fast DELIVERY" and getting calls saying they are cancelling my order because no one is driving. Beyond annoyed. Even worse when the employees are rude to me for no reason.

I placed the order through the app then called to confirm they received it and the manager (female) who answered the phone just said “Hello” as opposed to answering with the greeting “Jimmy John’s, how can I help you?” She was extremely rude and unwilling to help as far as reimbursing my money since they were closed and my order already went through. I was continuing to speak with her and she hung up on me. I suggest going to the Jefferson Blvd. location as opposed to this one.

Took over one hour to get food. Called and was told it was on its way, still took another 20 minutes, then delivery person was rude and mouthed off to me even know I was polite and did not say anything but thank you to him.

I’m wondering if a new owner came to this store because it used to be reliable and live up to the freaky fast and fun atmosphere. Now customer service is rude and the orders take over an hour to fulfill. I last ordered in May a pickup order took about an hour and a half so I thought not coming here again. Well thought it’d been long enough to try again today for a delivery but again took an hour and my order was missing items. Officially done with this location.
