3 stars for the food as it simply meets my expectations of jimmy johns… neither better or worse than any other location.
1 star for both service and atmosphere. I have never had a pleasant greeting from the staff here. No “hello”, “good afternoon”, or “how are you?” They just stare at you in disgust and ask what you need.
To make things worse, they blast their own personal playlists which are far from professional, the store stinks and has you wondering if the food is even safe to eat, they have their infants behind the counter. It’s hard to believe that the owner has not disciplined his staff or found new employees.

Be prepared for frustration and disappointment if you order delivery from them. They contract with Uber Eats for deliveries and apparently feel no obligation to make customers whole when there are delivery issues.

We ordered online for a delivery. Both sandwiches came with cheese and both were delivered without cheese. One had onions and one we added basil oregano and they reversed what was to be on the sandwiches.

Google says the store is open until 6 pm. I went by on Sunday February 2nd at 4:50pm chairs were all up on the tables and the doors were locked. A young man was inside doing alot of nothing. I went around the corner to the Chinese place.

I order from here because it's a nice convenience to have being downtown when I can't step away from the office but I've been waiting an hour and 45 minutes for my food to be delivered and this isn't the first time this has happened. Freaky Fast is a lie. Severely disappointed and I won't be ordering again for a long while.

Total rip off! I order the new bourbon club roastbeef sandwich. It has 1 little slice of roast beef & 2 "pieces" of bacon! FOR $12 !!!

I'm not a Jimmy John's regular so I needed to check out the menu to see what I wanted. The employees practically attacked me as I entered the door. Four employees asked for my order before I had a chance to decide.
I have never done any kind of review before this but if there’s ever a time to write a good review it’s today. I came in and ordered food my girlfriend and myself sat down and began unraveling our sandwiches. I accidentally rolled mine too fast and it fell on the seat. Immediately I was pretty upset but before I even got up to pick it all up Alex was there and asked if they could remake one for me. I was not expecting that at all and it immediately changed my experience. We need more people like Alex in this world. Thanks again

I usually just order take out. The majority of the time my food is ready when I arrive. I usually get the vegetarian sandwich on their sliced wheat bread. It's absolutely delicious (sandwich - avocado spread, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo and wheat bread is so soft!). Brownies are soooo good! My kids their cookies.
Parking: Sometimes it is hard to find nearby street parking. It is all paid street parking unless it's after 5/530 pm or the weekend. Parking is free at those times. You can park in front of the store if you're just picking up your order. There are two 15 minute paid parking spaces. Most of the time they're available.
Kid-friendliness: Atmosphere is relaxed and kid friendly.

How is there hardly ever delivery drivers??? I am so sick of ordering, from a place with "Freaky fast DELIVERY" and getting calls saying they are cancelling my order because no one is driving. Beyond annoyed. Even worse when the employees are rude to me for no reason.
