Recently, this is probably the worst JJs that I've been too (out of 3 states). It's usually a 10min wait for one sub, the employees are rude, and unhappy which their work shows (overcooked bread, tossing food around and being careless). Came in today at 11am, and the restaurant was still flithy from days ago. Leadership needs to look into this place.

If I could give Zero stars I would. I ordered a Turkey Tom add Cheese, with Chips and a side of spicy ranch for delivery. They Delivered my sandwich but did not add cheese, didn't bring chips nor the side of ranch. When I called and asked them to bring them to me, they told me to reorder and they would have to charge my card and cancel it. They did that and then I never received my order. I called back 40 min later and they said they were closed at 8:30pm on a Tuesday. I still have yet to recieve my xtra money for the cheese, the side of ranch, and the chips.

Every time I go to this Jimmy John’s they are out of something.
One day they are out of bread. The next it’s meat. It’s always something. I’ve given up on this location completely.
The last time I went I got a slim 4 with cheese. It’s turkey and cheese. They forgot the cheese and gave me a “sandwich” the width of a breadstick, I’m not exaggerating (photo attached). Imagine how small that is unwrapped.

Ordered door dash the dasher gets there and says it was canceled we called the store and the guy said he canceled it.because they didn't have lettuce no call no asking if we'd still wanted it just made us wait and won't even make them without and send their own driver this ain't the first time something has happened last time we waited over an hour for freaky fast service🤬🤬🤬

I ordered two slim #1 sandwiches. The only ingredients on a slim #1 are ham and cheese, I received no cheese and the skimpiest portions of ham I've ever seen. I also ordered a #7 which was missing its cheese as well. So I ordered 4 sandwiches and 3 of them were missing the second most important ingredient. How can you mess up bread, cheese, ham? It's three ingredients.

Ordered on the app. 6:30pm on a Saturday. Drive there to pickup. Was then told they are out of French bread and the protein. Other than that they nailed it !!! Having to wait a few days for my credit card refund makes it an even better experience.

I was unable to experience the food, during to the extremely slow "service" . The two workers at noon, moved slower than the walking down zombies, with just as much commutation. I was met with careless attitude and lack of eye contact. I'm not much for talkative workers, but at less let me know you understood my order. I had to ask 3 times how much my order was, due to mumbling of the high employee. I waited over 15 minutes til I noticed I was passed over 4 times. I asked where is my sandwich, and was told "we out of turkey". Like you couldn't tell me when it was time for you to make my sandwich!!!??!! You made me wait for something I wasn't even able to get. Then the soda machine was out. Nothing about my visit was like the ads you see. ? Last comment, I'm shocked how dirty this restaurant was. I didn't notice til I sat down to wait for my non-existent sandwich. Shut this location down so Subway can move in. Only fix I see.

Placed my order for Turkey Thom. Waited....Waited....Waited. watch people who ordered behind me get their food. I stepped up to the counter to ask where my order was and got ignored. Finally, my daughter stopped an employee to ask where our order was. Was told they were out of turkey! Made no effort to tell me this when I ordered or even afterwards. Only 2 people working who had attitudes. If this is the best you can do, then close the damn store! Quit wasting people's time with your terrible service
