This is the 3rd time in the last month that Iâve ordered over an hour prior to picking up my sub at lunch, and Iâve had to sit and wait for them to make my order because âthey forgotâ or âmisplaced the slipâ. The cashier was super nice and apologetic about it, but the boy and girl making the sandwiches literally laughed, as though I didnât pay an hour in advance for my sub to be done when I got there. Just absolutely absurd. Only rating 2 stars because the pickle was delectable.

Ordered food an hour ago. Had someone call to let us know that the toaster was down. Agreed to have cold sandwichâs delivered. No food was delivered. Not sure if my card was charged yet but will be checking in the morning.

Great place for the fastest food. Whenever I order using the app it is always made exactly when I get there. If I order ahead of time it is always ready. Every ingredient is top not quality.

Placed order for delivery at 11:57 am and order was delivered at 1:42 pm... I would have gone to the store if the website would have estimated that long of delivery time.
8/28/25 update - Since my original review service and speed has certainly improved. I ordered today at 11:38 AM and my food was delivered by 11:52 AM. Nice!

Tried this location twice. Wonât be going for a third.
First time, my wife and I sat in the drive-thru for at least 10 minutes with no one ahead of us. No greeting, no order takenâjust silence. We finally pulled around to the front and went inside (it was empty), and when I asked if the drive-thru was closed, the employee snapped, âIâm the only one here and Iâm too busy for drive-thru.â Good to know customer service is optional now.
Fast forward to recentlyâI figured maybe theyâd worked out the kinks. Nope. Sat in the drive-thru again, alone, for 5 minutes. No response. Drove around and saw multiple people working inside, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. Another 5 minutes of nothing. At least this time I had enough time to place an order at Panera and pick it up while Jimmy Johnâs continued ignoring customers like a fine art.
If the drive-thru isnât open, put up a sign. If it is, maybe consider⊠actually using it. Just a thought.

I ordered 4 sandwiches they tried to only give me 3 in the the bag. I made them correct that, but come to my surprise when I got home my one sandwich had no meat on it. I drove out of my way to go to this JJ because the one on Cresent sucks just as bad, as I'm finding out. I've wasted so much of my money and time at these franchises in fort wayne. I wish they could do better. All I want is a decent cold cut sandwich with meat on it! If someone could point me in that direction that would be cool because jj clearly ain't cutting it.

I try so hard to give this location chances. Every time I order there is something wrong. Today I ordered a Vito. I said please add tomato lettuce cucumber and mayo, no onion. Pretty simple, right? Employee said âit comes with lettuce tomato mayoâ although the Vito specifically states NO MAYO in description. He couldnât grasp the no onion or added cucumber. He asked âno onion? It comes with onion?â I said thatâs what the description says. Asks again what I wanted added I said cucumber. Get home and there is no cucumber or mayo. Jesus take the wheel. Why is it so difficult? Please know your menu and get competent employees. Sincerely, a hungry pregnant lady with simple requests.

Worst Jimmy Johnâs I have ever had. Bread was hard enough to break a window; didnât have much meat on it. I will never return again. They need to fire all the staff.

Pulled up to the drive thru when they were still open and no one answered the intercom. There was someone in front of me as well that couldnât get anyoneâs attention. They ended up losing a couple of customers.
