Pulled up to the drive thru when they were still open and no one answered the intercom. There was someone in front of me as well that couldn’t get anyone’s attention. They ended up losing a couple of customers.

I ordered $50 worth of food. Every sandwich I ordered was made wrong, I was missing chips, two cookies, and a drink. I called right after the delivery and was told I would be refunded. I called a week later when my order was not refunded and spoke to someone who told me they needed to speak to a manager. I called again to speak to that manager who told me she has my info and would call me after her lunch rush was over. I never received a call back. I called 5x.
I filled out the post delivery survey in my email. The survey emailed me back based on my responses asking if I would like to have someone follow up with me and I said yes. I never heard from anyone.
I finally gave up. I used to order from JJs very often, but I guess they don’t care to make their errors right, so I will no longer order from Jimmy John’s.

Worst sandwich I've ever had. My bun was hard as a rock, and I couldn't eat it. I had been on the road for 3 hours after working a 10 hour day and just wanted a sandwich. The staff working were so unfriendly. I walked in, and they just glared at me. Should have left then. Basically 1 person working and 3 people doing absolutely nothing. Do better.

Took forever to get my food. Then they made it wrong! Funny thing is, I ordered a regular sandwich. Nothing added or taken off. They still put cheese on my sandwich. I hate cheese on my sandwiches. Then I go inside to get my money back, and get attitude from 2 people behind the counter!!!!! Severally pissed off.

Did not have a good day at Jimmy John's. Check number 56 was the worst meal I've had there ever. The number tens bread was burnt and my tuna wrap was supposed to be a garlic and herb wrap and ended up being flower and the tuna was dripping, and I mean dripping wet. Really bad!

This was my first bad experience at Jimmy John's There was basically no staff. My sandwich was really bad.And the bread was easily 2 or 3 days old. Terrible.

The place is a mess. Had one person behind the counter not doing anything, when there is obviously things that need cleaned and stuff put away. The place did not look organized in any fashion. One person was listening to music on their head phones. No customer service. And they cut my wrap with the paper on it which left paper scraps in my food... Already Made it back to work, food went straight in the trash. Never again...
