Uhhhh - so do you close at 9 or not? Because the doors were locked before 8:46

Ordered blt, plain ham and cheese. Got home- mayo, lettuce and tomato on the plain subs. Bacon is raw on the blt.

Slowest Jimmy John’s on the planet. The two guys working here this night could not have been any slower if they’ve been frozen in a big block of ice.

Myself and a co worker ordered Jimmy John's for lunch. The bottom of the bread is rock solid hardly any meat on the sandwiches my bacon was floppy and looked uncooked I asked for extra mayo hardly any mayo with tip and delivery $39.08 for a TOTAL CRAP LUNCH! Should have gone to Jersey Mikes where they hook you up with quality and quantity.

Had Jimmy John's take-out for dinner and bit into a sharp, hard shard of plastic! Called store and asked to speak to manager, who seemed very disinterested in the situation and not helpful. I said I could supply a photo for proof or simply bring the shard in, but he said he "didn't have enough to work with". Does Jimmy John's not care about peoples' safety?

Went with coworkers while traveling. Had never been to a Jimmy Johns before. It was really tasty. The sandwich was of good size and filling. The employees were kind and polite.

Staff is rude. Management doesn’t seem to mind the staff being rude. Made my order wrong brought to their attention all I got was attitude. I will never go to this place again. Subpar subs and service. Go to jersey mikes.

Walked in ordered two full size Gar. Subs were built, and cut in half, which is appropriate. The male employee placed them on the counter edge without bagging them. When I asked about that, he pointed to the paper sacks, and said 'they are right there'. Needs better customer service. HE should be bagging the order. In addition, there were 2 large plastic trash bags full of trash just sitting leaning on the wall near the soda machine. NEVER leave the trash in customer view. It goes out asap to the bin.

Co workers and I went in for lunch. My coworker thought ahead and order her food online. The coworker and I who did not order ahead received our food first.....the reason for the delay was because the worker was unsure how to scoop the pasta. About 15 minutes later, my coworker asked about her food....was ignored, she asked again about it and the worker attempted to scoop the pasta, only to then ask another worker to help with the pasta scooping. In the end coworker did not even receive a full scoop of pasta....and the pasta was extremely oily. Also not wheelchair accessible...js

The best roast beef and turkey sub, I've ever eaten. It was not fancy...lettuce tomato, provolone and mayo, but if was absolutely addicting!! The bread is to die for. Get the whole roll. The half is only a torturous teaser

Good food but definitely the place to order if you want your food to come two hours late and be hungry at work…. They unplug their phones so they don’t have to deal with customers terrible service

The location is cash only while the internet is (still?) down, and the employees are happy to try and "get you" if you don't have cash. I was turned away 6/4/24 for it being cash only although I offered a couple solutions. Regardless whether or not there were any work arounds the employees were quick to shoot down any ideas and tell me "tough luck". I understand that they are having issues but the employees are obviously having a hay day not having to help any of the customers, and the environment feels very unwelcoming to try and offer business to. I came back 6/5/24 with cash and they tried to shoo me away as I walked in the door because they are cash only, and then proceeded to grumpily make my order, take it down wrong, and charge me more. I tried to submit it online and as the internet is down it wouldn't go through, so after coming in and ordering they charged me 7 dollars more. How does that make sense? I even brought the sheet that had my order on it with the total. It doesn't help either that I knew they were cash only so I tried to call in my order over the phone and they refused. They aren't busy I showed up to 8 employees on their phones in the lobby. I understand that this may not be usual practice but if you are asking your customers to work with the staff and the circumstances, I think it's fair to ask the employees to do the same, and at the very least offer an apology about the inconveniences. Terrible experiences both visits, and I will be making sure to let my coworkers and the neighboring offices know that they are better going to any of the other sub places nearby where the employees will show they care a little about their customers!

Trash everywhere, food prep line was filthy and not cleaned between sandwiches, supplies stacked up near the drink station. Don’t trust the food quality and won’t be back.
