This location definitely lives up to the “freaky fast” slogan! Seriously saved my day when my catering service (different company) cancelled on me last minute and JJ’s took my down-to-the-wire order and I was still able to have my business meeting as planned! Staff are friendly and helpful as well. Really appreciate the service!

I Ordered online and went inside to pick up my to-go order—only to find absolutely nothing. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes, completely ignored, as if I was invisible. I walked back and forth trying to get someone’s attention while multiple employees looked directly at me and then intentionally went back to whatever pointless task they were doing. One employee kept cutting meat like this was a solo performance. Another slowly refilled the sticker machine as if it were the most important job on Earth. The cashier couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge me at all. Despite clearly being there before several other customers, they happily took two more orders before finally deciding I existed. And the cherry on top? My order was sitting at the end of the counter the entire time, right next to the employees who were ignoring me. So no, this wasn’t being busy or understaffed—this was pure laziness, incompetence, and a complete lack of basic human decency. This place has mastered the art of terrible customer service. If you enjoy being blatantly ignored after already paying, this is the spot for you. I won’t be back, and I’ll make sure others don’t waste their time either.

We were in town for a funeral and ordered an 18 pack of sandwiches. We were so disappointed with the amount of meat on the sandwiches. The sandwich that I had only had one slice of turkey on half of the bread. Others had the same complaint. The order was completed on time and all sandwiches were as ordered just seemed to be missing enough meat.
