I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich, the staff was very helpful, and the sandwich was delicious! The bathroom was very clean, and I got my food really fast!

We were in town for a funeral and ordered an 18 pack of sandwiches. We were so disappointed with the amount of meat on the sandwiches. The sandwich that I had only had one slice of turkey on half of the bread. Others had the same complaint. The order was completed on time and all sandwiches were as ordered just seemed to be missing enough meat.

Glad I went in before my food was made. Dude mopping/sweeping the floor turn to make my sandwich WITHOUT changing his gloves. Told the girl, while she was leaving, I don't want that bread, mind you he had a speech about having a couple pieces of bread left, and she informed him about the issue. Then when the sandwich was ready I had to bag my own order and get my chips.... guess I'll have to go farther to another location. 🤦🏽♂️

I was a little disappointed by the service here. The crew worker who took my order was not helpful, combative, and upset customers were coming in. I’ve been eating JJ for years and have never had bad service until now.
This place is filthy wish I would have asked for a refund and walked out. By far the dirtiest JJ’s I’ve been to. Looked like it’s never been cleaned. Not all the workers had their hair back and some just hanging in the face so gross, when working in the food business get your hair pulled back. I would recommend to keep driving and eat somewhere else. I’m hoping I don’t get sick after this lunch experience.
