Ordered through the online app at 7pm. The store does not close until 8pm. When I showed up at 730pm to pick up my order the manager Mario locked the door and informed me that he voided the order and did not make the sandwiches due to closing early. He stated he closed before 8pm because he did not have a driver when the order was being picked up at the store. He then informed me that I would get my money back in 3-7 business days. Every time we get food from this location there is always something wrong. This location needs new management. We will not be going back there again!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACEIf I could give zero stars, I would. Placed an order at 2p, waited over an hour for my order to be delivered. Called the store 8 times. Half of the calls went unanswered. The other half were rudely answered with "we're closed!" The last call was answered with "this location is closed, all online orders will show as pending, I'm the only worker here and I'm going home."

My first experience at this location was definitely humbling. I lost my forms of payment and after several moments of me ripping my purse apart a customer purchased our $40 lunch. The staff reassured me that everything was ok , things happen sometimes and there was no reason to stress. The store was Clean they were prompt and very kind. 100/10 recommend♥️

We order from this store frequently, and have had various issues with delivery services on multiple occasions.The lack of communication in regard to delayed orders, and canceled orders is terrible at this location. Don’t expect a phone call from them under any circumstances, and good luck getting them to answer the phone when you call for an update. The food is good, if you’re able to order pick up I suggest that because delivery has been unreliable here for over a year.

Dijon and jimmy mustard removed from the menu. What in the world is Jimmy thinking!? Dijon is a staple condiment on many deli style sandwiches. The thought of putting yellow mustard on my deli sandwich is not appealing. You have lost a loyal customer. Unbelievable!

Hours are not right on Google. I checked hours early on in the night, downtown closes early, jefferson did not. Thinking I had time, I showed up at 8:02. Come to find out they closed at 8. BETTER GET GOOGLE UPDATED!!!!!

Ordered at 10:45. I did receive an email for confirmation. However an hour later still have not received any food. I called because my tracking would also not work. I called and I was told that the delivery driver left 11:30. Almost an hour later. I waited again until 12:36 to call again. I was just told i’m sorry, and the employee on the phone was going to call the delivery driver. He got back on the line on me and told me he was close. I asked if he could give me a time limit and he said no. He told me to call back if i don’t get anything. I called back at 12:56. I asked for my gift card to be refunded. Not even 2 seconds later i was told it was. I asked for a manager and he told me he cannot confirm anything with me. I asked for a manager again and i was put a brief hold for two seconds then the same employee informs me that he is the manager and that he “literally” voided my gift card. He told me he could not confirm anything with me besides with a receipt that would be waiting for me at the store. Terrible customer service, waited over 2 HOURS for food.

First time eating at a JJ’s and was impressed with the spicy Italian taste/ the crew. The guys behind the counter were quick and I was walking out to my car with the sandwich in less than 5 minutes.

Placed an order via the app mid-day. Walked into the store about 8 minutes later, only a few people inside either waiting for their orders or eating. A total of 20 minutes went by from the time I received a notification in the app that my order had been received until my order was ready. Freaky fast? More like super slow.

I don't eat here too often because of the parking situation. There are meters, but you have to put money in every fifteen minutes if it's before 5pm. Every time I do eat here, I get the same thing: Hunter's Club. It's a roast beef sub with provolone, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. It's good. It's outstanding on the wheat bread, which I only sometimes get because getting it on a sub roll is more filling. They now have pasta salad and potato salad. I'm a big fan of pasta salad, so I tried it today. Let me tell you something: THE PASTA SALAD IS NASTY. Whoever in corporate tasted it and approved it is out of their dang mind. Even the smell is off putting. I didn't even realize it was possible to ruin pasta salad. Apparently it is. I had a triple chip cookie also. It was ok. Nothing to write home to mom about.
