It was our first time trying Jimmy John’s as we always went to Subway for sandwiches. We got the Ultimate Italian and Roast Beef regular size 8”, no customization, no toasting. They were delicious, however, we still prefer subway for the customization, sauces, and toasting. Still great sandwiches though. Store was nice and clean, food prep was fast.

Wow! Don't get toasted subs. Mine were hard and barely any meat inside and one missing it's cheese. The one not toasted was hard as well. $26 spent with none being any good. Very disappointing. Should have known better as Jimmy John's has always been skimpy on meat and cheese IMO esp for the price you pay. I've always liked the flavor of their bread , but bread to meat ratio is way off. I'll keep going to Penn station.

This location has gone way down hill. Ordered delivery to leave at the door. Monitored on the app. Just kept saying out for delivery. Little did we know the bag had been sitting on the porch. No idea how long. Driver never rang the bell. I assumed that would be common sense. 3 wrapped sandwiches, no names on any. Had to open each to figure it out. The chips I paid for not in bag. Called the store, said they would send driver back with the chips. As of this writing, that was 40 mins ago. Freaky fast? No. Freaky accurate? No. Too many sandwich shops in the area to deal with that crap. $44.00 for 2 sandwiches.

I feel like this is a great Jimmy John's from open till about 7pm after that don't bother ordering. I asked for mayo packets got nothing, I asked for no onion got onion, cut my sandwich nope it's a whole sandwich. I personally I used to work at a chain sub shop and as much as the last few customers suck skipping every instruction is insane.

I stopped in to have lunch and an elderly woman came in with a dead battery on her car asking for help. Two of their employees immediately jumped up to assist, provided the jumper cables, and proceeded to jump her car. On my way out the door they told “Have a blessed day”. The world needs more kind people like this!
