JJ Dupont Rd has a great team and always makes for a fast and pleasant lunch! They are quick to greet you, the food was ready before I was done paying and everyone was working hard and as a team. It’s nice to see a good team working hard to service their customers. Thanks to Chance and his crew!

The best location I’ve been to so far. I’m a fan of JJ’s and probably grab something from them monthly - have been to many locations over the years. This store was 2nd to none! Staff were friendly, fast and great - order was perfect. See you again soon!

We like Jimmy Johns and really like that I can get an Unwich. But the music is ALWAYS SO loud. Don’t feel there is a need to have it blaring. So loud it’s hard to hear the persons taking the order. Or hear the persons talking you are with. If they could just get that under control I may give them a 5

11/14/23 lunch order for 1 person at 12:39. At 1:25 I call the Dupont JimmyJohns back inquiring about the status. I was told that the order was just about ready to leave after 46 minutes. When I brought this up to the person on the phone they stated that "It is lunch hour". At that point I asked for a manager and he said he was the acting manager and he hung up on me.
