KFC in Fort Wayne

“Aaliyah was great i normally hate going to this kfc but decided to try again since its been a long time. While ordering at the intercom you can feel Aaliyahs great customer service energy. Driving up to the drive through she was even more inviting and smile and bubbly at the window. She double checked our order before handing it to us and she was just amazing. For her service alone id be returning. Keep it up aaliyah!!“

“Food was great. Service was excellent. The gal up front was the most upbeat and positive person I’ve met in a while. Her name was Kleah-Jay (sorry for spelling). Food was fire and she offered several dipping sauces and was just overall very nice. Made me happy to be there. Keep it up! We need more people like her in the world.“

“The young lady working the window at the State Street location at 2:00 pm on Saturday February 8th needs a raise!!!! My husband and I are out and about and have stopped 2 other fast food places to eat but have drove off because people working the windows are so darn rude but this young lady was so professional and polite it really made our day so thank you so much!“

“Went to KFC at 6 o'clock on a Monday nite to pick up dinner for the family. No chicken available. Counter person said 35 minutes for chicken, and we agreed to wait,no issues. Took only 30 minutess. Food was all hot and fresh, but i believe our chicken went right from the fryer to our 16 piece bucket so when we got to the last 4 pieces they were so grease soaked and most of the breading was off the chicken, and the bottom of the bucket had lots of grease in it. Could not eat the last 4 pieces . How can you not have chicken at 6 o'clock on a monday nite???“

“The manager on duty today was so polite and kind she even gave me a coupon for what I had order and helped me save money. The food was fresh and delicious. I'll absolutely be back here this is probably the best experience I've had at any KFC near this area.“
