We stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for service. Everyone in back made eye contact at least once, but refused to even acknowledge us. One woman came in through the staff door to the counter area, laughed at someone else's comment, closed the door and went away. Not a single "We're busy, please be patient," gesture, or "Someone will be with you shortly." We may as well have not existed. There were at least 5 people in back and one single table of inside guests.

The manager was the rudest I've experienced in a long time. Ordered the mac and cheese bowl and three piece meal only to be told that they do not have the mac and cheese bowl anymore and shouldn't be able to order it online. Tried to cancel and she refused because its an online order. Well, tried to call the number on the site to be on continuous hold and no answer.
