I wish I could leave a 0 star review. I placed an order through DoorDash and when I received the order I was missing almost all of it and every drink was wrong. When I had my order to be remade through doordash they refused to remake it and yelled at my dasher and told them to leave them alone. This KFC is extremely rude, disappointing and just all around made me very upset. Do not go here or order from here

Just went thru drive thru and pretty sure just wanted to close early. Was told several items weren't avaialble( hot honey fan box, lemonade, fries and just ordered 4px chicken and nuggets. Got home and had 2 small wings for my 4 pc. Tried to have just a regular fan box but acted like they didn't know how to substitute. Very disappointed in service all around

Visited KFC on E. State St in Fort Wayne yesterday and ordered the new hot honey chicken. To say the least it was very lack luster. Barely any of the hot honey sauce was on the chicken. And the chicken was cold.

The young lady working the window at the State Street location at 2:00 pm on Saturday February 8th needs a raise!!!! My husband and I are out and about and have stopped 2 other fast food places to eat but have drove off because people working the windows are so darn rude but this young lady was so professional and polite it really made our day so thank you so much!

Absolutely horrible! Spent over $40 on food when we didn't even receive everything. Then when we went to the store for a refund, they refused and said they weren't responsible for replacing or refunding anything, even though we paid through the KFC app.

I went in through the drive thru tonight and ordered two famous bowls, one for me and another for my girlfriend. I asked for extra popcorn chicken in each.
Not only did they charge me for it, they didn't put extra in either bowl. Four pieces in each.
Thing is, they did the same thing when I went a year ago. I will never give them another cent.

WORST kfc ever!! Tried to order a family meal, tenders, and a classic bowl but was told they have no sides and only dark meat. Everytime I come to this location there is some type of problem. Don’t recommend this location!

4 different times i have tried to order chicken strips and they never have any not even in the middle of the day i will not be trying again an will encourage every one I know to avoid this store
I ordered a bucket of chicken and asked to upgrade and was told they didn't have any more chicken breast's. I ordered mashed potatoes and got home to discover there was Cole slaw in the bag. Tried calling and no answer.

Every single time I come here there is NO ICE. The pop is warm even. It's ridiculous. They don't even tell you. 2nd time I got a bowl and no cheese or corn. Will not visit this location again. Sick of wasting money

Drive thru person was very nice. Food not so nice. The chicken tasted different and smelled. I don't think they used the secret ingredients. 11 spices didn't taste the same as they used to taste. Horrible. I will be going to Lee's chicken
