Food is alright but what's is terrible are the employees like get real 5 teenagers standing around acting like they are doing something while it looked to be the manager running circles around them while being pregnant.then barely even help with customers too.no excuses if you can't deal with human interactions don't work at fast food simple as that

Told me 20 minutes for biscuits after they rang me up and I had been waiting for 10 minutes already. No substitute was offered. When I said I didn't want to wait, that white girl just basically threw the bag on the counter, didn't say thank you nor apologize. I had to pause for a second. I'll complain with my money. Won't be back, don't like nasty attitudes and poor service.

Walked in 15 minutes before they're supposed to close. They wouldn't take my order. They didn't even have food. They'd already put everything away and shut the kitchen. The only words they spoke to me were "WE CLOSED". When I walked out, they shut off the lights and closed the doors more than 10 minutes early. I'll eat elsewhere from now on.

Aaliyah was great i normally hate going to this kfc but decided to try again since its been a long time. While ordering at the intercom you can feel Aaliyahs great customer service energy. Driving up to the drive through she was even more inviting and smile and bubbly at the window. She double checked our order before handing it to us and she was just amazing. For her service alone id be returning. Keep it up aaliyah!!
