last week i went here and was shorted 2 pc of chicken and all of the sauces i paid for after waiting 30 minutes for my food, today i went back and waited 45 minutes and when i got home i found that they didnt give me the chicken legs that i ordered and the chicken i did get was cold and hard, some serious training needed at this location

Loud rap music playing inside with everyone on their phones. Only person who seemed to care was the manager. They ended up giving me the completely wrong family meal and didn't work with me at all. I'll take the loss and go back to not eating at your location again. They also said they wouldn't drop fresh food when asked. all around still a bad location has been for like 8 years now lol.

This is not a great KFC to begin with, but today an employee barged into the bathroom and started screaming and cursing obscenities at my wife accusing her of being a man and ordering her out of the restroom because she happened to be wearing a hat and a coat in DECEMBER. Never even heard of this level of hatred! Completely ridiculous! Complaint filed with Door Dash corporate and KFC corporate. BBB and Chamber of Commerce is next. You'll be hearing from our lawyer. You may want to find a way to reach out to me.

Based on what I witnessed in the store, I’d be scared to order any food from this KFC, this place is dirty, bad management and ran down.
Pulled up to order at the drive thru, sat there for a few minutes. No one asked for our order. So we pulled around to leave & there's two employees standing around in there doing nothing. Don't waste your time at this location or New Havens location. Trash service.
