I got to meet the manager Cassie she is very sweet and is so lovable and easy to talk to she def deserves to be there! Super patient, kind and always willing to chat!!always says hi!!! And I’d go back just to say hi or chit chat with her love her personality and she’s so beautiful ?? ? ?the atmosphere was calm and quiet and as well food was hot and everything they did have old fries but asked for it to be replaced and they did as I couldn’t eat that hard fries and anything forgotten was given that we mentioned :)

Every time I come here its always been a great environment. I'm a regular and I've noticed a new employee at this location. While i was ordering, he kept catching an attitude with me. I was in the lobby waiting for my food and I hear this man yelling at these kids saying he's going to, "crack down on everyone" and "he's not afraid to fire everyone until he gets this store in check." and as a regular i can confirm, the only people who have shown me above and beyond service, are the ones who he was berating.I caught his name from an employee and his name is Matt.Overall, my experience as of recently has been nothing short of uncomfortable. I feel sorry for these employees that he's gonna "crack down on".Disgusting.

They were practically out of food early in the evening, jipped us on 4 pieces of chicken either intentionally without telling us or on accident when they had to replace the thighs with breasts (absolute trash mind you), and refused to answer their phone after 5 separate calls. Unacceptable.

The last time I was in there it took about 45 minutes to get my food and when I got it my chicken tenders tasted funny my biscuit was not very warm and a good portion of my mac and cheese was burned. This most likely won't stop me from going here, but I will be weary of it.

their manager was talking to themselves outside and walking in circles, when i asked if they were okay and if they needed help they picked up my car and continued to swing it around and throw it. i still can’t find my car. and ill show u what my chicken looked like too.. this place is a dump, and yall need to shut it DEOWWWNN.

Waited in line 8 to 10 minutes never got help. They were talking among themselves unprofessional in the kitchen. Guy even clocked in or out on register and seen me and didn’t tell his fellow coworkers. I heard profanity as well. I’m not hard to please just be like hey we are short staff give us a few moments and we will be right with you. Not that hard. This took place at 1230 pm on October 21,2023.
