We ordered 2 chicken pot pies this evening. Neither one of the dishes had a single morsel of chicken! Very disappointed and upset....false advertisement. Will NEVER, EVER return for their food. I should demand a refund! Disgusting meal!

Came here Sunday, 2/25/24 for dinner. We went through the drive thru to get a 12 pc family dinner at 745 pm. There was no chicken ready. There was a 20 minute wait.We asked the drive thru employee if the dining room was open. She said yes. We parked our car and went to the door to wait for our order in the dining room, and the door was locked. Locked!Fortunately, the drive thru employee saw us and unlocked the door.We asked her why it was locked, she said, " I don't know." What???Why is the dining room door locked during business hours??Why is there no chicken ready?They don't close for another 2 1/2 hours??What is going on?This location is not customer friendly.After 20 minutes our order was ready. Another employee put our bag on the counter and we picked it up and left.As we were leaving with our order the drive thru employee locked the dining room door behind us.What the heck????SHE LIED!SHE IS THE ONE WHO LOCKED THE DOOR ALL ALONG!How are customers supposed to come in and eat if the doors are locked????This location has employees who LIE and don't care about customers.We will not return to this location.There is lying and deception going on at this restaurant.These two employees should be fired for their horrible attitude.(PS And after we got home, we realized we were not given the butter or honey for our biscuits, that we requested. )

When we walked in all computers were down. Girl was nice so we waited but when we got our food most of it you could tell had been sitting for awhile and old. Mac and cheese was crusty and chicken strips rubbery. 2/10 would not recommend also bathrooms definately needed cleaned

I was missing part of my order. Had to drive back. So spent 45 minutes on the road to order, return home, and then return again. The guy up front was not willing to work with me at first because I was not given a receipt. Had to explain my story over and over again. Also showed the total that was pulled out of my bank account. Made me feel like I was lying and he was rude about it too. Finally got my items that were missing.

Sooo disappointed every time I come to this location it's always old chicken so today I asked them to drop my little spicy wings fresh had to wait 10 minutes no problem but the problem I do have was the guy who dropped my wings can't count to 8 so they tried to slip a old one in without me knowing but I saw him do it and when I told the lady she was sooo nonchalant and said oh he miscounted it he does it all the time. She said that like it's ok. Wings was cooked fresh well 7 of them and they were still awful do you change your grease much??? Smh.. KFC has went way down on customer satisfaction..straight disappointed again!!!

Drive-Thru Sign lighting was not on. Therefore, we barely could read the sign. Gave the first passengers order. Got asked, "Is that all?" Said, "No. We have more orders." Gave the second order. Same question from the same employee. Driver nicely repeated again, "No. We have more orders." Asked if they could put fries with one certain order. An employee yelled from the background, "Been out of them for an hour." This was 2 hours before closing time. The employee never asked, "Would you like Original or Crispy Chicken?", "Would you like butter and/or honey with your biscuits?, "Would you like dipping sauce for your tenders?" Their outside parking lot lights never came on. One customer tried to enter the building one hour before closing. They could not get inside to order. My spouse has worked in the national restaurant business. Note: Cleaning of the inside of the building was being done very sloppy. You sweep a restaurant floor before you mop it. No sweeping was being done. The floor was being mopped. Some of the tables were being sprayed with disinfectant but then one of the tables that had already been disinfected had an item that was Not disinfected laid on it because it was removed off of the employee's face and head, the Drive-Thru headset. As a first-time customer and knowledge of the national restrauant business proceeders, these employees were doing as little as they could do by attempting to make it look like the restaurant was closed, not turning on their drive-thru sign light nor parking lot lights, and attempting to take as little orders as they could.

Went through the drive through and was placing my order the girl at the drive through was rushing me to finish my order. Then when I get to the window she was very rude and condescending. When I got home they didn't even get the order right. Would not recommend. They need to stop hiring teenagers and maybe a lot more training.

Food was good, service is average, but I've gone here multiple times and every time they forget something. You'll order a 16pc tenders meal with 4 sides and without fail they'll forget at least 1 or 2 sides or give you 12pcs instead of 16. This is such a frequent problem that I wouldn't suggest coming here. There are plenty of other chicken places in the area without this issue.
