I loathe digital coupons!! If you want to sell groceries then sell them. It's discrimination against elderly people as well as non-tech savy people who don't want to mess with it. My parents still have flip phones and have no internet access at their lake place.West State Kroger is no different than any other Kroger. It's not this stores fault they have to go by what the corporation says to do. Basically life is to busy to have to mess with this crap.
