The Kroger Pharmacy is a horrid place to have to go to. The least little thing a Customers says or questions upsets the Pharmacy staff and Pharmacists and they become rude and arrogant.

I wish I could give them a 0 star. I scheduled my very first delivery with Kroger to deliver groceries to my elderly father. Only 3 of almost 20 items ordered for him was delivered. They wouldn't even offer to re-deliver the items the missing items to him because my order wouldn't meet the minimum for delivery. They are supposed to refund my money, but in all the confusion, I mistakenly didn't tell them about another item he didn't get, so I won't even get a full refund. I emailed customer service twice about it, but they aren't responding and I just don't feel like calling them again. And I'm posting my review here because when I went back into my account, it was too late for me to rate the experience. Just a frustrating experience from beginning to end. I order groceries, mainly for pickup, but also sometimes for delivery and have never come close to an experience like this. This will be my first and last time ordering groceries from any Kroger, anywhere!

Unfortunately this is the closest store to me. Staff will respond in grunts and treat you like an absolute j**** Most of the check out lanes are always closed so the lines goes through the entire store. The "self" checkout is managed by staff that don't say "station five is available now" they say "Get over here now!". Plus I always seem to get stuck on the enigmatic seventh self check out station where a lady will scan your items, treat you like an idiot, and not give you back your paper change meaning your now losing even more money. It's like I go through the self checkout to avoid interacting with the egregiously belligerent staff. If this establishment does not want my money than I'm happy to oblige.

It's the closest grocery store to me, although the building is smaller than I'd like. So when it's crowded like it was yesterday afternoon it's frustrating to see shoppers going without masks -about 10% of them. And another 10% with masks under their noses. Security guard was there- he doesn't have to try to remind anyone? Also a mask less employee in a cooking area. Grocery stores are crucial. This should be a safer place.
