I loved the boba and the place is so cool, but the employees and customer service are so bad I will not be coming here and will be calling the manager. My daughter knocked my drink off the table and it all spilled out and we had to throw it away and clean, I asked for a new one and the assistant manager said I would have to pay for another one. Spent $15 on nothing. Do not recommend to any of the people reading or any of my people. So rude and disrespectful.

This is by far my favorite boba place in Fort Wayne and surrounding areas. The atmosphere is so welcoming, friendly, and chill. The green honey milk tea, hot or cold, and the black honey milk tea are the best things I've tasted so far. On top of great drinks and a great atmosphere, the people are so great to talk to. I come back every week because I love it so much ?

Had a terrible experience after consuming one of your tea lattes, specifically, your coffee, Boba tea. I was not sure if my drink was properly made, or if it was made with Lactaid milk, but I immediately went into a lactose shock. Not only was the tea flavorless. Flavor as in the coffee is supposed to taste like not like the pure milk I received. The tapioca pearls could've passed as paintballs they were so hard. It was incredibly hot in there with a long line and two workers not worth the time or money spent please find somewhere else that's local. Do not even bother giving your money to this place.

Don't go here. Flavorless drinks with too much milk. I tried this place two times. Once back in July and once today. I was just hoping that they were new and the drink just didn't come out very yummy, but I was wrong.Espresso Thai Tea - Tastes like nothing. I don't understand how this is even possible. I saw her put in the espresso, but I can't taste it. All I taste is milk, and it's not even decent milk. Probably some cheap 2 dollars a gallon milk. I tried one with full sugar and one with half sugar. The full sugar one tastes mildly better, but we still have the same tasteless problem. 0/5 stars.Thai Tea with Brown Sugar Boba - Again, tasteless except the boba. The brown sugar boba is delicious and perfect texture. Again, tastes like mostly milk. I just want some Thai tea taste. That's all I'm asking for. You get 1 star for the boba. 1/5 stars.Taro Milk Tea - Sadly, I forgot to take a picture. Use your imagination and just see milk with a tinge of light purple. This had the most mild Taro taste, but again, it's just mostly milk. 0/5 stars.I tried this chain once in California, and it was okay there. Here, it's just awful. I want the flavor I asked for, not a cup of milk. Boba places are a dime a dozen now. Go elsewhere.

Having been a few times, now, I can confidently say this location of Kung Fu Tea knows their stuff and is off to a pretty good start. I couldn’t give a full five stars for service only because there were some errors in my order (asked for no sugar, was given sugar), but overall I think that should sort out as the restaurant gets its feet under itself and gains experience. The staff are friendly and professional, the restaurant is very clean and orderly. Overall, as I said, off to a pretty good start!Vegetarian options: It will probably be self-evident which offerings are vegetarian, but there are many and the staff are friendly—they will surely help you navigate the tremendous menu options to find suitable vegetarian selections.Dietary restrictions: There should be something for everyone at Kung Fu Tea. They have milk alternatives (primarily Lactaid, as I understand), non-milk-based offerings galore, and hot and cold options. You can customize the amount of sugar added, you can mix and match all teas and toppings, and the staff are sure to be helpful in making a perfect beverage for your needs!Parking: Parking is a little tricky if you’re going only for Kung Fu Tea. The restaurant is located on the interior of the shopping center, and tucked into a corner you could potentially miss. Parking is available, but you will have to walk a short distance to get to the restaurant.

Best place to get a good milk tea with boba in FW. I tend to place my order and get out relatively quickly, but I have overheard people having issues with their orders more frequently than I would hope. Having said that, I've never had a problem with my order I do wish this place weren't tucked so deep into the mall, but I could use the walk.
