Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

Restaurant was clean but dated. My wife and I both got chicken stripes and potato wedges. The chicken and wedges were cold and tasted old. We both got sick from either the chicken or wedges.

Food is good as usual but good lord the wait in the drive through should not take 30 minutes to push out 4 vehicles it’s bad every time I go lately

We showed up at 8:30 made sure at least a half hour before closing so we could make sure we were not gonna keep anyone, they completely ignored us at the drive through so we pulled around to go in and the doors were locked, there was one young kid in there cleaning up while at least 3 others, two definitely in the uniform of the place sat to the side eating, they then told us to go back around and we finally got service.

Not worth the money. You can spend a dollar more. Go to Cane's and get your money's worth. I literally had 14 potato wedges between two orders. Cold and soggy food had to wait on it even it's amazing.

Slowest drive through. Waited 23 minutes. Took 3 minutes from the time I paid at the window, before I received my food. Staff person put my napkin and plastic silverware on top of my mashed potatoes and gravy. Very disappointed, will not be returning to that location.

Only place i can find livers. A bit soggy but seasoning was tasty. Friendly staff.

The AI ordering is honestly fine, but I was given the wrong order at the drive thru. Can't contact restaurant or customer service as I got no answer when I called. Disappointed.

The location on Stellhorn and Maplecrest can be hit or miss with the customer service. But the chicken is typically good.

The place was clean, and the service was good, although they forgot to serve our drinks with the meal. The biscuits were undercooked, and the coating on the three-piece chicken meal was excessively salty. The fries were also unevenly cooked.

Ordered a three piece wing combo, and it was just average and a little pricey but .... CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING !! This was Friday October 11th at 2:00 pm. The Manager was great as well. (And good looking too ? ?)You could teach other restaurants a thing or two about good customer service.
