Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

Never coming back. Should not take 45 mins to go through the drive through with 4 cars in front. Looks like at least 5 people working inside. Very poor management.

I went between 12:45/1:20 pm during the day. Let me scream this,YOU GUYS HAVE REALLY OUTDONE YOURSELVES. YOU GUYS ARE INCREDIBLE. CREW,MANAGERS,HOLLY CRAP U GUYS. WOW.
My first time there and my food,the service,the hospitality,the help,the personality,the smiles,this is my favorite chicken place ever!! Thank you guys so much for my amazing experience. Today was an amazing blessed day and you guys put that cherry on top and I had joys of smiles,mmmm noises lol,tears n yes I'm not joking tears,DAM GOOD JOB GUYS. THANK YOU THANK YOU 🫶🫶🫶🫶BTW PICTURES DO NOT DO THIS FOOD JUSTICE AT ALL LOL.

Their AI ordering system SUCKS. Routed us to a member who never spoke to us. Didn’t get our order and got stuck in line for over 20 mins. Would not go back again simply because of the service.

I love me some Lee's! But today I noticed something different about the baked beans.:( They put bacon bits in it now???? NOT A FAN.. I probably will never order those again which is sad cuz they were good. Also my chicken was extremely dry which is not normal. I'll still come but unfortunately no more baked beans for me. Also the coleslaw tasted sour.I wasted $11 didn't eat but a bite of each thing 😔 not trying to get sick. I work in food industry and with it being so hot outside you have to absolutely pay attention to temps.

I went to the Lee’s on maplecrest. And that’s my own fault. It’s just so much closer than the one on state and wells. That’s the good lees. It’s like a party when you pull up. The state street place always gives me tender, hot, juicy chicken. The one on Maplecrest has never done me right. Hard ass cold chicken. If you can get them to put down TikTok long enough to hand you the bag

I must say that every time I go to Lee's I always have a great experience. The food is always fresh and delicious. When I walk up to the counter, I always greet the cashier with a smile. If I'm in drive-through, I greet them with a hello. This small gesture can make a huge difference in how your transaction goes. I just believe in being kind. I love the staff at my Lee's location at Stellhorn and Maplecrest. Great location!!!!

Called the curbside number at the time the order was estimated to be ready. They said it'd be right out. I waited 15 minutes and watched as multiple cycles of cars went through the drive thru. I finally head inside. The order was right there and ready.

I went to eat the food, and my partner's mashed potatoes weren't mixed correctly. You could still see the instant mashed potato powder that they use. The food was cold. I highly recommend going to the West State location over this hole in the wall.

Waited in line for nearly a half hour, just 4 vehicles in front of me, no big deal, foods worth it. Then I get to window and I'm informed that it's going to be a additional 10min for chicken. You need to program the bot to inform customers that they are going to have to wait.

Restaurant was clean but dated. My wife and I both got chicken stripes and potato wedges. The chicken and wedges were cold and tasted old. We both got sick from either the chicken or wedges.
