A bunch of untrained lazy workers standing around who don't know their own menu. So you have to settle for what you are only ok with and then it comes out cold because too much is prep cooked and they're warmers are filled to the brim with food just getting cold. Don't get me started on the fully loaded brownie with the thumbprint and barely any caramel. Only good thing was the biscuit, even my drink was just brown carbonated water. If I wanted this low quality I could have gone to the KFC down the street from my home.

I ordered online. Got there and they were out of biscuits. No, it wasn't a need to wait for more because they were totally out. Or at least that's what I was told. Resolution? An extra piece of chicken. I still needed a biscuit for the chicken that came with the meal! But I can say this. They are still better than the Rudisill location. I'm convinced that the person selling dinners out of their house with no cooking experience would be better than the Rudisill location!

They now have a robot that takes your order, which messed up my order. It was very delayed and took forever to order. I did not have any sauces, when it had asked me what sauces I wanted. The food was very good, but will never go to the drive thru again. I do not recommend anyone to go through the drive thru either.

I used to love Lees, I would go at least once a month with my son but anymore it's hard to even get my order taken in the drive through. I get that a business needs to make money so they pay their employees less or hire less of them at lower quality but what happens when people stop going because they don't want to sit for 20 minutes (literally) waiting for someone to take their order? I don't know what is going on but at some point a business order needs to sit outside and watch the lost revenue every time a car backs up and goes to KFC and decide whether it's worth it to not hire additional people or at least pay for high quality help. One tip: obviously management isn't adequate, ask your employees what they think needs to be done then do it.

I ordered a pick up right around the time the restaurant opened, about 10:30 am. I got there about 15 minutes later and they had my order ready and waiting for me. The cashier was an older lady with white hair who greeted me with a big smile and a friendly hello… which I really appreciated! The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. My only qualm is that I wish they would change their Mac and cheese. It tastes like Mac and cheese from a can. But that is just a personal taste preference and not an issue with the quality. The quality was just fine. Thank you Lees on Stellhorn for the tasty lunch. :)
