Every time i order a bowl of French Onion soup, I'm charged a different price. Sometimes I'm charged extra for cheese. Tonight I didn't get a roll & butter even though it's suppose to come with.

very expensive and they charge a check fee when you use a debit card which is illegal in Indiana. a debit card is not a check even though it is coming out of the checking acct it also can't be charged a fee like a credit card even though the visa or MasterCard logo guarantees payment to the business. quote from the Indiana law states, "surcharge fees are strictly limited to credit card transactions only even if the client runs the debit as a signature debit processed as a credit transaction. " the practice of banks charging a business to process credit cards is a business expense and it's tax deductible to the business. it's the cost of doing business and it's poor customer service to charge the customer for your business expense. if you want cash only than do so. also the fact that they charge a fee, (for credit cards) is not posted at the entrance, at the register stand, or on the tables as required by the use of the law for credit card usage requires. I deducted the fee from the waitress tip which is a shame because she did provide a service.
