We went to Liberty Diner in Fort Wayne because we were on that side of town (not far from the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo) knowing that they have a wide variety of choices on their menu.
The food offering is breakfast, lunch and dinner-they aim to please.
We ordered a breakfast fare with eggs, Polish sausage, fried potatoes and pancakes. The other order was the spanakopita meal which was feta and spinach pie and includes a fruit cup and soup.
