I stopped by to pick up a pizza. It is so convenient! The pepperoni was just coming out of the oven- which made my choice very easy. It was fresh, hot, delicious & cheap.

Today on State Blvd I placed my order at 7:27pm 1 pepperoni pizza. 15 minutes the young man said. There were a few people already there and a few came in after me. Literally everyone received the orders within 20 minutes of me arriving but one pizza remained in the warmer. He looked at the pizza a few times but never made eye contact with me, standing by the soda fridge. He was the only one on the register and three females were in the back. I continued to be patient. Finally at around 8:05pm I walked up to the counter and he quickly turned around and grabbed the one pizza that had been sitting there for a good 15 minutes, at least. I realized he'd deliberately left it there. He said, have a nice day. I was stunned. I walked out. Young man I will have a nice day! I don't know what the purpose of my extended wait was but grow up and have a blessed day! 😊

•Went in to pick up my order. •Didn't know what I was doing. •Monitor said I had 2 breads coming to me. •Only had 1 bread !?! •Young black man with the Detroit black cap on made it right without me asking!

My family enjoys the State street Little Caesars more because they always seem to have better food and the people are much more alert to customers as well. The food is always hot and it tastes much better than most other stores. It's a little bit of drive from the one closest to me but the drive is worth it for sure.
What to say about this chain that someone couldn't figure out for themselves? It's Hot N' Ready, not Good for You or the Best Pizza. That said I like the pizza puffs and would eat those all day if I was able or hated myself more.

I admire the workers here, it gets really hot in the summer and that building - was there this morning and they were making 200+ pizzas for a big order - that's a challenge but they got it out quickly and were polite to everyone coming and leaving was a little bit of a wait because of such but they were doing great.
Really disappointed went in there and they told me it was an hour and a half wait if you guys cannot handle the job or cannot take an order that big do not take it it's hot and ready pizza not hot and wateing a hour smdh Pizza Hut across the street took my order and it's ready in 15 minutes You should change your slogan to hot and ready within an hour

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stood there while I was completely ignored by the counter people who were doing whoever knows what. I thought customer always comes first back when I was working. Not a word was spoken to me. If they were closing the courtesy thing to is acknowledge it not ignore me. The sign on door said open
