I barely leave reviews but man, this place has never given me a positive experience. I tried ordering online and could not complete my order, even trying two seperate cards. I tried calling the store not once, not twice but MF-ING SIX TIMES TODAY with nothing! i ordered from this location about a week ago and had to let it ring twice before someone picked up the phone. This has NOTHING to do with the staff there, the people seemed nice. The food wasnt great too but what could I really expect from a $7 large pizza.

Update: Came here the other day. First of all, I've always liked the pizza here, but for some reason, the moment I walked in bad service, and the pizza was horrible!!! Sauce and dough were bad. Don't know what happened but I'm not coming back here.

In called for 20 minutes straight. No answer. I show up then order they say 15 minutes..... I wait 25 go check and they said they had to remake my pizza. I think they sold it while I was waiting. So 10 more minutes then I finally got my pizza.. what a waste of an hour trying to get pizza...

Tried to call the store in advance twice for a 9 pizza order to confirm they can make it. Went ahead and made a mobile order a day prior for 1230pm. Our pizzas were not done until 115pm while they were serving other customers in between. This pizza was set to be done at a certain time and it wasn't. Since they choose to do the pizzas in between other orders; the pizzas were delivered cold. Their late response of making the pizzas of course added to our delay of eating at a party we were hosting. Congratulations you made a great impression to those guests and gave our guests not to consider you for the future. This has not been a problem before for an order 8-10 pizzas. I feel I tried to do the right thing by trying to call the store a couple of times if this is a problem, then corporate should limit quantity on online orders. It will be a very long time until we return to Little Caesars and especially this location as no refund or order adjustments was accomdated. A 45 minute delay to an order is failure beyond the store operations, and let alone no customer service to correct the error.

3 large thin crust pizzas for family from out of state. When I said pick up apparently that's exactly what they meant. Inedible, hard dried up over cooked uncut pizza. Wow what a disaster. I can buy you a pizza cutter if you need one. If you're gonna call this pizza ? don't bother. What a shame. Literally tear apart dough, inedible smh. This was unbelievable. I could see 1 but all 3 ,I have options a lot of them but when I choose a name brand the expectation and quality should be valued in every slice,not just the ones for commercials. Do better
