I have never been to this Logan's Roadhouse location in the past. I usually go to the Lima Rd location. The service was fantastic, the food always so good at all Logan locations. But what really stood out was the great service team working there. Jonathan greeted us and continued to check on us, getting horseradish sauce we requested even though his job is not to wait on tables, Izzy was a great server and Austin was so kind to our service dog and shared his recent personal loss of his dear Chihuahua, Shy. He is a great asset to this great team of servers. We really enjoyed our visit. When a team truly enjoys serving their customers and work well together, it really shows. Great job!
Service was outstanding !!Ribeye sandwich was overcooked, fatty. I should have listened to the server's other meat suggestions. Costing extra were add ons of swiss cheese & mushrooms. 3 pieces of mushrooms were all that were under the Swiss cheese. Toasted hoagie bun was hard. Would suggest just serve warm.

No complaints, food, service and Atmosphere were all a positive experience... Was warm tasted amazing and the first time ever my stake was (med well)always tell them (med well)and get a steak that's (med Rare) couple times it was (Rare) but my steak was seasoned to perfection did not have to use steak sauce My Aunt had the 30 dollar Flaming Young Dinner I had the Logan it's a Sirloin steak to our surprise mine tasted the same as hers was just as tender also for 13 dollars cheaper she said had she known she would of got the Logan also

I had never been here before. Came for the first time with a friend that I haven’t seen in 20 years. I can say the service was cool but far as the food it was trash and we kept having to return our drinks bc they weren’t made right. I won’t be returning here ever again!!!
