My Son ordered the L8 and received everything. He tested the food & thought it was fine. When we got to my house he saw there were bags stuffed at the bottom, with worn latex gloves inside out!! Disgusting! His food was served in a bag used for trash. Never will we ever go back.

If I could give them a zero I would. We walked I to the lobby and ordered our food at 6:23pm. At the time there were only two customers waiting for food. At 7:00p still did not have our food. We asked for a refund and another 5 minutes later the manager made the refund. He just handed me the money and said sorry. That's a manager that doesn't care or value a customer. We will never go back.

I do like Taco Bell's food and the prices are reasonable especially if you are needing a cheap lunch.

Issue lately though is there is somewhat of a greasy food haze in the air on the last several visits. This haze leaves a smell on my clothes that lasts for days.

Food was good. Atmosphere was good. My only complaint is I agreed id wait the 7 min for my caramel apple empanada to fry then 4 to cool down since they didn't have any ready. Well i friend of mine went up there prob 10 min after me, ordered one as well, then about another 10 min go by and they set a bag down with a caramel empanada on the counter, but instead of calling my name (bc i ordered 10 min before her, 24 min altogether) they called her name. And they literally couldnt explain how hers was done before mine.

so i ordered the fish and shrimp platter with an extra piece of fish - when i got home all that was in the box was 2 hushpuppies and coleslaw and when i called the store they said to let them know the next time i come in and they will try and give me a credit - might as well of thrown that $20 out the window

I got what I ordered. Only the one in front of us ordered for a big family, we had to wait very long.

I Ordered onion rings and extra hush puppies as my two sides.

I ordered in person at the counter.

I received waffle fries and coleslaw with my platter.

10/31/2024 Halloween night, post trick or treating hours. Not extremely busy.
Ordered 3 fish tacos, Shrimp/fish combo inc 2 fish, 6 shrimp, fries, 2 hush puppies.
TOLD ME OUT OF TARTAR SAUCE.
I said, "OK, 'll use coleslaw on tacos".
I asked for cocktail sauce for shrimp.
Went home 46804.
Ate shrimp, hush puppies.
NO 2 PC FISH IN COMBO
Waffle fries covered over massive crumbs. 3 Fish Tacos good.
Called store 6x. No answer.
11/4 when in Waynedale, explained in drive thru...wanted me to come in...
I said no can be handled in drive thru w mag. NOT BUSY.
Explained to manager at window. Showed pic & bank payment w date
$20+ bill.
I told her, "if they ran out of fish all they had to do was say so.
She said "then you wouldn't have gotten combo"?
I said "No". "I just don't want to be lied to".
She said,"I don't know what you want me to do".
Surprised, she didn't apologize
& give me 2 pcs of fish I paid for.
She said, "Well, I'm not giving you a free meal", which I didn't expect.
She accused me of shouting which I didn't.
I said, " I'll report this to corporate then".
Manager stated, "This is a privately owned franchise".
I left, very disappointed, since favorite place in Waynedale for to go fish.
Lousy entitled manager.
I will never go again.

I'm very disappointed in my food carry out.our fish was well done,hush puppies couldn't even bite in to them.my shrimp very over cooked crispy. Ended up throwing it out.waste of my money.i asked to have the shrimp fresh fried.it was awful. It tasted like dirty fry oil.i managed a kitchen . This food is unexceptabl!.you want fish my advice is go to big eyed fish.

4 star if they were separate. But this is the best stop together!!! Long john Silver's rocks with excellent fish prices and combo meals, chicken, shrip, and other goonies!
Streamlined with the best stuff from Taco Bell, we drove out of our way to check this place out, and it did not disappoint!
Give it a shot! You'll love it.
Excellent fun staff when we went they were enjoying their job... so, surprisingly happy atmosphere.
Ok they where happy enough it creeped me out i thought i was in Canada.

Parking: Well lit, plentiful parking close to the building.

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking was in the correct spot. Doors and ramps where ADA compliant and at least the mens restroom had adequate space.
Idk F was occupied.
