OK. First, the ljs-cares times out without connecting. Writing about Fort Wayne, Indiana Bluffton Road location that doesn't show up on the survey submission page. Next, the hours are listed as 11am-10pm. Went at 8:30pm and they were locking the lobby doors. No contrary signage. Sat at drive-thru for 10 min. Menu was partially lit. Asked about $6 Shrimp Basket. Told it was no longer available. So ordered 2 (4) Shrimp, (1) Fish Combos. Pulled forward to pay. Came to $19.42. Got change, receipt. Got appropriate condiments, but food was incorrect. Got (2) Chalupas and Crunch Wrap. Called back twice phone rang extremely long time. Finally got "Roger" who advised to come back tomorrow. Ate the Crunch Wrap because I had to eat, but left the other items. Don't want any trouble or difficulty when I go back. It's not about mistakes, it's how they're rectified. Please advise. Thank you.

Absolutely love this place I only come to this long John silvers cause every time I get good service and food. Tonight I came food the hush puppies and they was out and they made fresh hush puppies for me!!!!for free !!!! This is why I keep coming back so everyone that was working January 21 24 thank you for the great service!!!!
Customer service is terrible. We had some missing items to our order and went back to get the order corrected. After trying to explain multiple times to the person running the register (we asked for a manager and she wouldn't come up to the counter) what the issue was, we decided to leave and call back later. When I called back and the manager answered, she was extremely rude. This location has barely been hanging on and the management isn't helping.
