On a positive note the waitress was very good but when it comes to the food other than the house salad was a big disappointment. From the appetizers (very salty) to the main course honestly taste like all prepackaged and processed foods. Unfortunately the quality wasn't there compared to the week before eating at Texas Roadhouse was dynamite.

They don't give you what you order . Ordered a baked potato was told they ran out but the table that came in after us got one and there's food first . Then the people after us got one. Was told we came at a magical moment we're they was out .

Apparently difficult transition from order to plate. I ordered a filet, medium rare, with fries and a side of ranch. The only acceptable portion was the fries. Steak arrived very dry and cooked well done, even though I was hoping for some tenderness and pink. Kitchen staff aren’t aware of the difference between ranch and blue cheese, apparently, as they screwed that up too. After poor prior visits, this’ll be my last time. Good service, terrible kitchen staff.

We make a point to stop here every time we’re in Ft. Wayne. Service is always great, food and drinks are good and they’re very fast no matter how busy they are.

We visit here probably once a month. The food is always good and service is mostly good. Drinks depend on the bartender. Always seem to have trouble getting the appetizer out before the food.
I go to longhorn 2-3 times a week and today my service was TERRIBLE to say at best! First off, we got there at 1:30 and didn’t get our food until 2:35 AFTER waiting 35 minutes for our drinks and bread. It was 12 of us so we expect to have a wait time but that’s pretty ridiculous. I asked for my kids to have “medium” steak and the waitress said rudely “oh so you changing their order or what’s going on “ . Then, we get our food and half of it to be burnt and the other half to not be done at all and my sister tenders had hair friend in the skin!! We then waited ANOTHER 35 minutes for our food that was replaced and had to ask for them to check for it. We had 2 waitresses and the one was new and the lady that was training her left her on her own so she was frustrated trying to figure what was going on. After all the shenanigans with the food we had to wait another 38 minutes for our bills that was also incorrect. My mom was charged for my sister’s appetizer which they ALSO charged my sister for. She asked for the steak combo with Parmesan crusted chicken but was charged for the meal and an additional $8.99 AND $5.99 for the chicken. None of which made sense but after fixing the bill 3 times it still was incorrect we just went ahead and paid for it. I timed how long the table next to us service took, it was 7 minutes for them to get their bread, drinks, and salads with their food. Why was our service any different!!??

#notworththewait the check in process is an absolute nightmare. 1st time here. Joined the waitlist online. Told time of an hour. I was removed from the wait list twice. Even got a text message telling me goodbye. Still hung around after confirming I was put back on the list. An hour and 30 min later got seated. Waiter dumped our bread on the table in my drink, we ordered a ribeye and t-bone both medium and both came out well. Mac & cheese was cold, feel like the food had been sitting under the lamp a while. Steaks were like rubber. Was so hungry didn't wait on more food to be cooked bc at this time we had been there over 2 hours. I am not sure I would ever go back. Manager did comp our meals but I would have gladly paid for our food for it to taste good and be correct.

We don’t eat out very often anymore. Many times the food and service disappoints anymore. Tonight the food was very good but our service was outstanding. Our server was Louis and he was awesome. When I go back, I’m going to ask for Louis even if I have to wait for a table.

Let me tell you something! My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time here! Everything about our service was absolutely stunning! We had a wonderful waitress. Her name is Cheyenne. Best waitress we have had in a VERY long time! She did absolutely amazing. We will definitely be coming back! The food was amazing, the drinks were awesome! Everything about our visit here was amazing!
