I've been to LongHorn steakhouse several times over the last few years. I can never say anything bad about this place. The food is amazing top tier food quality. The service is pretty good. And atmosphere makes me feel like I'm not even located in the area that I'm in. All around one of the best steakhouses I've ever been to for a median income family. If you ever get a chance to go to one I would definitely recommend it!

Server only kept asking spouse if he would like more alcohol only asked me once if I’d like another water! Bread came only with our appetizer, neither of us ever received our salads with our meals, food was cold, potato’s were old, steak top was dry, tough to chew, rice and shrimp tasted like too much seasoning including the steaks of both our meals! My spouse didn’t even eat his loaded potato just a bite or finish his fries or steak. Though mine was very red inside it wasn’t good at all it was medium rare it tasted very dry outside was dark and was hard! Never had one like that anywhere! They left us with ketchup for my spouses fries he asked for, no steak seasoning as they didn’t even give us a chance to request it as they rushed off after giving our plates! We had to wait til we seen her on the other side awhile later to ask for some! Of course steaks lost temp by then.. Upon initial ordering I asked for Green Beans, Brussels Sprouts, Mac n cheese, and was told they didn’t have any of those followed by they only had asparagus/broccoli! My spouse asked for the longhorn steak originally, and the waitress right away suggested the renegade instead insisted it was her favorite almost as if she didn’t want it being ordered for some reason or another just very odd, so if course felt obligated in ordering the renegade at that point! Never was checked on to see how we were doing or to see how the food was, never seen a manager anywhere. When I went to pay I took it to the desk by the door I was unaware how to pay. The two workers just looked at me like I was dumb, and questioned what I was doing I follow with paying my bill as I’ve handed them the bill along with the booklet it’s in. They’re looking all confused, proceed to ask me if I made an online order I said no I m paying for my dinner I just had at the booth back there! The waitress finally sees me laughs and says I’ll take! She never told us we pay at the table to begin with! I honestly didn’t even realize we didn’t even get our salads last-night at all until I’m sitting here today filling this survey out! We went to longhorn last-night for our 27th wedding anniversary! It wasn’t busy when we arrived plenty of seating openings. There were dirty tables, napkins etc under tables and in bathroom floors etc. We arrived a I’d say approximately 8:45pm. This was not a great experience in dining especially in what we thought would be a great steak dinner! The food quality, temp, taste, and especially the cost of it all was absolutely not worth it it last-night! Our bill was $100.35. We didn’t feel like valued guests, welcome or that our food was fresh etc either. We didn’t bring anything up to anyone or ask for a refund or to speak to a manager as it just didn’t seem as anyone would even care with how the staff we encountered on our visit alone was last night. It was a waste of money, I feel I would’ve gotten my moneys worth elsewhere! We don’t go out like this and spend this much, but once a year as we just can’t afford to, and I’m just beside myself in this one.

The appetizers were excellent! The stuffed mushrooms were ordered as the appetizer. I ordered an Outlaw ribeye medium rare and it was over cooked. Asked for it to be redone and it took longer than what it should've. I was able to eat a few bites and we had to leave to make the concert that we were late to because of it. The bill ended up being almost $140. Nothing was taken off the bill for the inconvenience even though the server was very apologetic. I wasn't impressed and I won't be back.

Super great food food. Especially, the Outlaw bone in ribeye. So tender, juicy and lot of flavor. My always go to steak place. The service is great and the manager is very professional. This is my number restaurant. I go there at least twice a month.

I have been to Longhorn a couple of times and not had any issues. Today I ordered asparagus and when I bit into it the texture was awful. I told the waiter and his response was that if he brings me another batch it will be the same. I insisted he still bring it. When he did he was condescending and watched me cut and taste it. When I told him that was better he began walking away while I was talking and rolled his eyes. I don't know who raised that man but you did a bad job.

Beautiful place to eat, especially for a special occasion.
Nice, peaceful place to have a good steak. No blaring music like in other steak houses. Steak is expensive and if you are going to spend that much, go here.

The location wasn't busy, and the atmosphere was very relaxing.
