We have always loved Lucille's. However, recently their portion sizes have shrunk by about half (especially when it comes to the Nachos and Fries), and their prices have unfortunately stayed the same... So you get half as much for the same price as before, which is expensive. They also seem to be out of a lot everytime we go, which sucks because the food is good. Perhaps inflation is playing a part but there are currently other restaurants where I feel I am getting more for my money.

Went tonight to eat for the first time. Waitress was rude right from the start. Couldn't answer very many questions. Was told some things they were out of. Specifically asked if they had the one thing I wanted and was told yes. After 20-30 minutes the waitress came out and said everyone else's order was ready but now they don't have what I asked for. I'm upset at that point but still order something else. Meanwhile the kitchen staff is staring at us and talking. Food comes out and there is some hair in one of the orders and another one was wrong. At that point we got up and left and went to a different restaurant. NEVER GOING BACK!

One of the top BBQ places in Fort Wayne for sure. The mac n cheese and the famous baked beans are a must. The ribs are favorable and cook very well. Only criticism i have is the membrane was left on. I know for some this is a turn off. Second pic The brisket bowl is to die for. Add a little texas sauce and you're good to go.

Ribs were $22 for 1/4 slab. I'm thinking way expensive, right? Ribs were huge, and absolutely awesome in every way. Best $22 I have ever spent! Still have 3 for lunch tomorrow.Waitress was awesome, wish I new her name...

Our Server was very nice and did a pretty job. He forgot things like drinks. Some of the meals were not correct. I do understand running out of main food items, but lemons, ranch, the sausage for the sausage platter, and take out boxes. ??‍♀️He did not explain that if you pay with a credit card there is a service fee. The tip was changed on one person bill from what she wrote on the bill. We were there at 5:00pm for my daughter's birthday. Overall we had a good time and I would most likely return.

Great service, BBQ, draft beer, cheaper than S&P. Definitely worth stopping in and trying a bowl. There smoked Turkey is hands down the best I've had! Raspberry sauce and traditional are my favorites.

absolutely phenomenal! I had the smoke house brisket sandwich and would highly recommend it. They serve very generous portions in my opinion. The staff was prompt and friendly. I will definitely be back. We only spent over $180 dollars on a party of 9. I would say the prices are more than fair considering the quality and portion size. I will absolutely be back.

Vegetarian options: they were able to accommodate my vegan sister in-law and she was satisfied with her meal.

Kid-friendliness: they have a kids menu and friendly staff.

Parking: there is plenty of space and even spots up front

Normally go to Shigs & Pit but decided to give this Lucilles location a try. Although the restaurant was 75% full, it took our server 30 minutes to ask about drinks. Given the labor market I can deal with it. One son ordered a Flatbread from the menu and we were told they no longer offer it. I ordered a brisket sandwich and fries. Waitress came back 15 minutes later and said kitchen told her they were out of brisket. I the ordered pulled pork. When my meal arrived she said they found some brisket. It was room temperature and 50% fat. My wife ordered rib tips and they were fatty. Any meat was extremely tough. We went greatly disappointed. Waitress was nice enough to take the tips off the bill. Lima Road location was good a couple years back. May have been an off night but we will not be back.

Typically I have always been a big fan of Lucille’s until our experience today. Plenty of staff, not that busy, yet we have been sitting here over 45 minutes after ordering our food and hasn’t arrived. Server stopped checking in on us, come on guys…

Lucille's is fine as far as BBQ joints go. We arrived with a party of 5 shortly after 12:30 PM. Unlike their other location no lunch specials are available. The service was okay and the food was average plus. The kitchen was slow, approximately 30 minutes for our lunches. Perhaps that's why they don't have lunch specials. You'd practically have to work next door to get in and out for lunch in less than an hour.

Never knew they were finally open. But was pleasantly surprised. Great BBQ! Someone in our party want a steak, that was on the menu, but they no longer have them. Redo your menu if you no longer have items. The $1 wings really good. You guys should partner with a local brewer, Trubble?Trubble?, that would be awesome! Overall great experience and food!!

While visiting from Canada we decided to try Lucille’s and we were not disappointed. The BBQ was delicious, large portions that doubled as leftovers for lunch the next day. The staff were friendly and provided prompt and attentive service. The coleslaw was fabulous with horseradish being the secret ingredient to give it a zing!

Met my mom and dad here for lunch, since we don't see each other much. I got there first and waited a few minutes for a waiter to seat me, they weren't busy, but there was only one waiter.Interior design is really nice, a lot of thick steel and burnt wood line thr building m, with galvanized sheet in other places. Very attractive. They have a nice wide variety on tap, and a big varied menu as well, having anything from nachos, to tacos, and of course sandwichs and wings. Good side options as well.Food was great. Ordered the brisket with French fries and baked beans. The brisket was good with a ton of smoky flavor, the fries were good and the baked beans were absolutely amazing. Their house sauce is everything I would want in a BBQ sauce.Great experience, great food, good atmosphere. 9.8/10 would highly recommend.

Went to Lucille’s Maplecrest today. Was told when we arrived that they were out of meat. No pork. No chicken. No turkey. Seriously ??? How can a BBQ restaurant be out of meat???? Needless to say, everyone left. Very disappointed.

Had the brisket , wife had the chicken. Both where juicy and delicious. Average selection of beer and the old fashioned I ordered was good on second attempt missing the orange peel twist. over all a good dining experience with good food at prices that are reasonable
