Our wedding dinner from Shigs n Pit was absolutely amazing! They were prompt, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the entire catering process seamless. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and their willingness to help in every way did not go unnoticed. And the food—wow! Everyone raved about it! The pork and chicken was moist, the green beans were delicious, and the green chili mac & cheese was a huge hit. We couldn’t have asked for better...
We’ve always had good experiences here. Last night was our first bad experience. We waited 30 mins past pickup time and some items weren’t in the bag when we got home. I called today and they made it right with a gift card for more than the missing amount of food. A lot of restaurants won’t even offer to refund the missing items these days. Thank you for caring about customers after they’ve paid.
We went through Mad Anthony/Shigs & Pit for our wedding catering. They were incredible helpful leading up to the event. During the event all of the staff was so helpful and kind. The food was SO GOOD. Our guests kept complimenting it and saying how much they liked it. We did a smores bar too and it was a big hit! The bar was also great, we LOVED the bartender. I cant recommend them enough for an event.
