“The wings were horrible. Such a waste of money I'm so upset. I ordered 10 garlic parmesan bone-in wings and it was like the sauce had been mixed or something it was way too salty and the flavor was just terrible. I'm so sad because Marcos wings were my favorite until they changed their Buffalo sauce 😒“
“So, we ordered delivery online. They did not have a driver so it went over to doordash. The dasher neglected to bring our drink. The manager on duty was very polite and professional despite my own attitude, they corrected the issue in an appropriate manner. Verified purchase, explained situation, and offered to not only replace it but also offered an extra for my trouble. I did not grab the extra because I only paid for one, but I was very grateful that they made the attempt towards customer satisfaction.
If I go back to this location it will be because that manager did right by me. I would like to note that as a manager they have to watch for cons and scams, so I understood asking for the proof and all.“
