We ordered 3 pizzas for pick up. When we got them home, we realized they had forgotten a topping on 2 of the pizzas.
The pizzas were still very tasty but, we called to let them know they had made this mistake.
The manager on duty was very apologetic and very generous in making things right.
We look forward to ordering again.

I love Marco's pizza, have no problem with this location.
I do have a problem with coupons. I get a flyer that has Fort Wayne, Auburn & Leo, but the coupon code won't work. call the store and they say that code isn't in their system.
Corporate needs to be better organized.

Had a Great specialty pizza , the chicken fresco. Very Tasty chicken pizza. Very good fresh crust. Counter girl was nice and friendly .
They won’t deliver 11 minutes away, Marcos is one of the best in the city and not to deliver 11 minutes away should be illegal lmao, I can understand 15+ mins but 11? Smh Pizzas definitely 5 stars in my opinion but not delivering 11 mins gives it 4 stars.

I was trying to order a delivery online and I'm 3.5 mi from the restaurant and it couldn't recognize my address so then when I called in to find out if there is a glitch in their system or something they said no they just don't deliver that far out. I can't imagine the delivery service for a franchise restaurant not delivering more than three and a half miles outside of their radius of their restaurant.

It's not often I'm close to a Marco's but when I am, I always make it a point to stop and get a pie. This specific Marco's always gets it right for me and I've never had an issue compared to some of the other places in town (cough Daddy John's cough). Do yourself a favor and order from this location, you won't be disappointed!!
