Even though the food isn’t that great, I will probably buy something only because of how friendly and hard working the staff is. I noticed when I walked in a customer forgot to add a cheesebread and keep in mind they’re already crazy busy, the customer was upset and the guy with a blonde ponytail told his associate to box up the batch of cheesebread and offered it to the customer. The customer had to pay of course. I was welcomed and left with a smile from two of the associates working hard at the front. All the other staff was busting ass making pizza getting orders out quickly. Everyone went above and beyond for the customers. To the store manger, good on you for hiring hard working staff and good on you for being a great leader. To the owner, good on you for hiring a great store manger and out of all the locations I’ve been to in Fort Wayne, my family and I will eat at this one. At least I know we’ll feel welcome from a great team and we’ll eat somewhat decent food:)

The wings were horrible. Such a waste of money I'm so upset. I ordered 10 garlic parmesan bone-in wings and it was like the sauce had been mixed or something it was way too salty and the flavor was just terrible. I'm so sad because Marcos wings were my favorite until they changed their Buffalo sauce 😒
The pizza is always good! Tried the cheesesticks and their nacho cheese tonight and it was fire! 🔥🔥

I ordered online and I put I wanted extra sauce and they gave me a dry pizza and there was barely any toppings on my pizza and also I got the Philly cheesesteak bowl and it was like they put it in the oven too long and it literally burnt the whole thing up. Me and my wife felt completely ripped off.

Ordered a deluxe pizza & it was awful. Crust was undercooked & tasted raw in spots, cheese wasn't melted all the way on several slices & onions were raw. For $22 I expect better than this! It wasn't busy when we went on a Friday nite maybe this is why. Perhaps focus on the food quality instead of worrying about tips for your workers which was displayed right in front of the pickup area.
