Love coming here and never had any issues with food. But I did notice something today I didn't nessesarly care for. When paying by card the cashier reached over and added a 10% tip before I even put my card in. Probably don't think I noticed but I got eagle eyes. Felt generous and was in a good mood so I let that one slide. That will be the last time that it happens to me. So be careful and watch, it may happen to you

I’ve always loved this McAlister’s but the customer service here just always blows me away. She was awesome! Thanks again and God bless.

Good food and great stop from driving. Service was excellent
Service was terrible as there was one person who seemed to not know how to run the register taking orders while two people chitchatted next to him. It took a long time to get out order in, in which the person overcharged me…The dining room was dirty. It was 7p and they closed off most of the seating area to sweep it to get ready to close, but there were more people than open tables. Clearly mismanaged. Stay away from this location.

I got to town a few months ago and this place was awesome, recently it’s been a pretty poor experience. Everytime I order a sandwich the ingredients are stacked on there and dispersed so wrong that it’s breaking the bread, you can’t even take a bite without the thing falling apart. Hoping it gets better.
