The sandwiches here are marvelous but my wife ordered the chili tonight and it was disgusting. It's the first time we had a complaint but this recipe needs changed. I had better chili in prison.

Ordered a choose 2 McAlister's club and a soup. When I received my 1/2 sandwich I took 1 bite and saw that I did not have any bacon on my sandwich. When I dug through my sandwich I found a bacon piece about 1 in by 3/4 in on the 1/4 sandwich but nothing on the other 1/4 sandwich. I went up to the front to report the lack of bacon and I was asked to bring the sandwich to the register. They took my plate back to the manager and I went back to my seat. The manager sent her employee out to speak to me and explain that this was the appropriate portion size for my 1/2 sandwich. I was dumbfounded that first, the manager chose to send an employee to explain the lack of bacon but the employee asked me not to be mad at her for what she had to tell me. The employee asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager, Lisa C and I said yes of course. Instead of the manager coming to my table, I had to come up front to speak to her. I pointed out the lack of bacon. She proceeded to tell me that each sandwich gets 2 slices of bacon but because I got 1/2 sandwich, I only get 1 slice. I told her that I didn't get a slice, I got a sliver of bacon. She immediately got angry at me and asked if I was going to argue with her about this and called me rude. And she also got defensive and told me that this was not about the bacon on the sandwich and said what is this really about? I said yes it is about the bacon. I ordered a sandwich with bacon and God forbid, I get bacon on my sandwich. She refused to get me a piece of bacon for the sandwich. I told her I want a refund. She said fine in an angry voice, took my plate, threw it down back in the kitchen (as I heard the plate crash) and refunded me my money. Not called for. The manager escalated this situation to a level that was truly unnecessary. I just wanted 1 piece of bacon. This was an inappropriate response from a manager and I informed her of her lack of ability to be a manager. I did call corporate on this situation because it truly could have been avoided. I think this company should not condone this behavior from someone who manages their company. Waiting to hear back from corporate on this matter.

This was my 4th take out order. First one was great!! Second and third time ordered, gallon sweet tea, got home and opened tea to find out it was UNSWEET! Yuck Highly disappointed! So thought id order my 4th time, forgot to order my tea. When I got there to pick up my order I bought gallon Sweet Tea, got home and well they did it again. Gave me UNSWEET! Very disappointing 3 times in a row. Hope the new location can get me Sweet tea when they open!! Food was great as usual, but tea not so much.

When the lady took our order she was very rude. We order takeout and when we got home we realized the order wasn't correct. My wife specifically asked for no honey mustard and ask for mayonnaise replace of honey mustard well they give her honey mustard instead. The sandwich is also soggy from pickle juice or whatever it was but that's what it tastes like. So I called the manager the manager said they'd send out to VIP passes whatever them are. Been clean over a month so I called back yesterday I told the manager on duty The manager on duty said they would have them call me today no call. Poor service not very happy I rate that trip 1 star. UPDATE: as you can see we had a bad experience. McAlister's Manager made it right and fixed what was wrong and Casey took care of our order and she was very patient did a fantastic job, she was very friendly as well

So I ordered my food for pickup and picked it up myself this is my wrap after opening the packaging and then also after picking it up. I wasn't going to care if it was just a messy wrapping and then I picked it up and the tortilla disintegrated and now I'm here posting on Google. My wife's sandwich was fine but guys what is going on with your wraps.

Service was a little slow at times because people were on their phones, but otherwise the food was very good (albeit pricey) and if you needed anything all you had to do was ask and it was done.
