I went and ordered the big breakfast with hot cakes and the eggs looks like they got it off the ground and it's hard. And they didn't even give me the syrup. I called them and they said that they didn't have any orders for the big breakfast so I'm thinking that they just keeped the money and pulled it off the ground man this food even stinks I'll never go back to the store downtown by Fairview again I took pictures of what they gave me I wish I could upload them.

This place is always exciting! I love the experience of going to a place so much and the atmosphere environment is always on point. I am at this location a lot and the staff are always so cheerful and polite. Even if they may make a mistake on my order, I don't mind calling or turning around to get it corrected. They are so apologetic and ready to fix the mistake.

Beware of handing your credit card over in the drive through. Had my information stolen and had a charge on my card the next day. This was the only place i handed my card out of sight. Im sure the cashiers phone was running the whole shift stealing everyones card information. Tried to report this to management and they wasn't hearing it. Got super ghetto and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Literally had to show up and call police before my side was even heard. The chicken head manager was talking loudly and profane about me with a store full of customers.

im a delivery driver so that im trying to pickup order and door was closed...when i try to open the door then pull up to the drive-thru... the drivethru told me to pickup inside so when i try to open the door again there was a staff come and told me to pickup at drive thru again...what is wrong with you guys? can u guys please stop wasting our time if u guys are closed... thank you

These dumb mfs messed up my double qt pounder by putting nothing but onion and pickle on it. I called them and told them and there response was "bring the sandwich back up here" dude I'm on my lunch break I don't have time to do that. I paid for something and you messed it up. You owe me a mf correct double qt pounder. Are they goin to reimburse me for gas for goin back and forth? Of course not. These people suck. I live a few blocks away and the only reason I'm writing this is because they CONSTANTLY mess up. This place is genuinely a joke. Worst McDonalds in the world... I promise
