I’m not one to leave a bad review…but my goodness the service at this location the past few times I have been there has been absolutely awful. You will probably be left waiting at the drive thru with no one taking orders or even asking for mobile orders and left waiting at the counter for the food that has been “ready,” for over 10 minutes. The convenience of mobile orders to have you food prepped and ready at an earlier convenience, but you won’t get that here, you’ll still be waiting a good amount of time regardless of having a mobile order or not.

In my two grinch meals, they had to put in bags cause they ran out of boxes. In my bag they forgot the shaker bags, the dill pickle packs and the socks. The gentleman that was running orders out to the mobile spots. Fixed it right away. That is great costumer service in my opinion.

Tire owner should be investigated. They left one girl who appeared to be a teenager by herself on a busy Friday night to run the entire place. No one else. Just her by herself taking orders, cooking, everything. It was a horrendous experience. Many people gave up and left. Total time spent in the drive thru was 47 minutes. What happened should never be allowed. If you can't staff a place properly, you need to close.

Boyfriend & i got an Arnold Palmer & orange juice, BOTH of which had fruit flies in both drinks 🤢 my guess is they’re not cleaning their ice machine. Really nasty, boyfriend hadn’t noticed until he was halfway done drinking it. I got paranoid & checked my drink, just to find one floating at the very top.
Service = slow. Simply ordered a 4 piece nugget and small fry, the nugget order was quick to come out. But I was able to eat the nuggets and sit around some more before the small fries were ready. I expected they were going to be steaming hot, right? Since it took about 10 minutes. But, no, soggy and cold🙃 also, no soda machine in the lobby here.

15+ minutes to get 2 Cheeseburgers and a 10 piece McNugget. Service here is always extremely slow. Cheeseburgers looked like they tossed the ingredients onto the bun from 10 feet away. Very disappointing.
