They should really just close this place and put it out of its misery. The staff are INCREDIBLY rude, it's always understaffed, and I have seen staff in the kitchen messing around and literally just sitting there when there are orders. Rudest staff I have ever met anywhere. Disgusting place. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to the location on St. Joe, it's not much further away and you'll actually get the bare minimum customer service.

Terrible service. Waited for ever and when I finally got the food the girl told me they can’t make the shake so I got a pop instead so asked for a refund. When she went to get her manger I could hear him say the machine was working and the shake was done. She came back with the shake and said i guess it’s done. Lazy as hell

We have been to this McDonald’s multiple times and it continues to get worse. Drive thru or inside you usually wait at least 30 minutes or more. Half the time the order is wrong. I placed a DoorDash and this McDonald’s was picked. I waited over 1 HOUR! When my food finally got here nearly 1 HOUR AND 45 minutes later, surprise suprise, my food was cold. My dasher kept messaging me saying how him and other dashers were just there waiting with no response from the employees about wait time. There is no excuse for that. This location needs major improvement or just to be closed.

Signs out front say open 24 hours. It’s a lie if you reduce your services to delivery only you’re not open. Stop wasting my damn time. I’m sick and tired of the “your order will be refunded in an hour” BS. Either shut off your mobile ordering or take mobile orders. I wasted two hours of my time and a coupon because y'all are too lazy.

I’ve been here several times and most of the time I always had a negative experience. They either forget something you ordered or they don’t make something correctly seems like there’s always something wrong every time I go there one of the few times they tried to tell me that a large iced coffee is the medium size soft drink cup, which is false because it says right on the cup that the iced coffee large is the large fountain drink cup plus I used to work at McDonald’s so I know what the right side cups are the latest visit there I placed the mobile order sat at the driver speaker for over 15 minutes without getting acknowledged or anything parking lot white and menus were lit up, but nobody was answering phones and there was nobody at the windows me and several people waited thinking they were just busy. This is definitely frustrating because this is the closest 24 hour McDonald’s to me but at this point it’s most likely worth driving on the other side of town because I actually know I will get my food and not have any issues like I’ve had there before.

The night shift at this location is absolutely ridiculous!! None of them can get your food out in less than 20min. They pull the car to "beat the clock".
When I refused the manager told me they needed to pull me because they had other orders ready behind me and mine was "custom order"...Kids happy meal, 10 piece, and a quarter pounder (see picture for the difficult sandwich). 🙄 This is not the first time this has happened. This is the only location that seems to not be able to do thier jobs in a timely manner. No wonder the computers are taking over.
No issues with morning staff when I've been there. Guess it helps that's when the adults are working.

I ordered on the mobile app and after waiting almost 20 minutes after my order had notified me that it was ready and i had not received anything i asked a worker what was going on. The man i asked was very polite and worked with me but when he turned to his coworker who was putting orders out and asked where mine was she told him “welp hes just gonna have to wait”. The man disregarded this and told her my story and all of a sudden my order was done and sitting right behind the counter! She then proceeded to put my order on the table and take a jab at me by saying “thanks for being patient” in a sarcastic tone. This took me as well as the worker and a bystander who had watched me stand there for 20 minutes all by surprise and while i didnt retaliate in any form this is completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. I work nearby in the area of this mcdonalds and regularly order there and this is the first time any one of the workers has been so rude. Disgusting

This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. I come here in the morning around 5:40 ish, I have to leave 20 minutes early and that's if there is no cars in front of me. No cars 20 minute wait 1 car 30 min wait. I might as well find another place to order my food so I'm not constantly late

It's definitely improved since a revamped the building still you get what you get when you go to a McDonald's. Not perfect but they're doing their best.

This McDonald's location has sunk to the lowest of lows. But let me start with this. I order on the app but to pick up at the counter so that I could ask for fries freshly dropped. It took a good 6 minutes to be acknowledged, not that they were that busy but I believe primarily because noone really wants to work. I hear one young lady ask a young man if he knew how to work the register, he must have said no because then she reluctantly comes to the counter. I confirmed my mobile order with her and asked if she could put in my request for fresh dropped fries. My mistake number two, (#1 was choosing that location), was trusting that my order was how I requested, so I left the counter without checking my fries, get to the car and they're lukewarm, but I'm not mad. I go back in, wait another 5 minutes while she and several others in the back try to avoid looking in the direction of the counter, so now, yes, my temper is rising but still very controlled, I explained to the same young lady (she was forced to return to the counter to put a mobile order up) that my fries were not hot and once again very plainly and clearly explained that I would wait for them to drop them fresh (in the back ear hustling to the conversation was what appeared to be a manager yet he never once came out or addressed me), the two of them have conversation, she comes back out and announces that it'll be a two minute wait for which I gladly and enthusiasticly replied "no problem and thank you!"
Two minutes later the fries came out, I could tell the fries were hot, my mouth was watering... and then...I ate a couple, I'm a cook and a foodie, I know things... the "bite and chew" wasn't quite right, I thought surely not, I grabbed a couple more fries, and then it hit me! A NEW LOW EVEN FOR THE STELLHORN RD MCDONALD'S... they apparently dropped already cooked fries back into the hot grease to reheat!! Mic drop, that's it for me, it's a wrap, I'm done!
Number one on my list of "never again at this location, not even for free!

The Cube Man Clips

I think the restaurant could find ways to run little smoother to handle the volume of customers it receives . Witch helps to create better atmosphere and can serve more customers at a quicker rate . Other then that food was good they was polite in drive threw . I enjoyed my visit .

Manager told me they were busy and a half hour wait for $30 worth of food is to be expected. 2 adult meals and 3 happy meals. McDonald's used to take pride in speed and efficiency. Not anymore. Big pass from now on.
